Pískovcová socha na soklu: nahá mužská postava s vousy, pravá ruka za zády (originál sochy v ní drží jablka Hesperidek), levou rukou se opírá o kyj opřený na kameni, s přehozenou lví kůží., Daniel, Perůtka, Togner 2009#, 131-132., and Socha je součást galerie 44 kopií antických soch z římských sbírek. Mandík sochu vytvořil podle Herkula Farnese, kterého mohl znát z Perrierovy rytiny (Perrier 1638, 59, zrcadlově převráceno), odkud také mohl převzít název. Mohl však sochu znát i z celé řady jiných grafik, protože v 17. století to bylo jedno z nejslavnějích antických děl. Hercules Farnese byl objeven v Caracallových lázních v Římě a v následujícím roce, 1546, byl vystaven v římském palazzo Farnese, kde zůstal do roku 1787. Od roku 1792 je jedním z nejslavnějších děl neapolského musea. Jak ukazuje například legenda k Perrierově rytině, socha byla v 17. století správně chápána jako zobrazení hrdiny odpočívajícího po slavných činech. V ruce schované za zády totiž drží jablka Hesperidek, což byl jeho předposlední, jedenáctý, úkol. V Knihovně připisované Apollodórovi (2, 113-114) je Herkulův slavný čin umístěn na sever, a proto není vyloučeno, že socha Herkula byla právě proto umístěna na severní stranu kolonády.
Nástěnná malba: nad hlavním vchodem do rotundy je zobrazena krajině s Herkulem a Nessem. Na břehu řeky Herkules střílí z luku na kentaura Nessa unášejícího Déianeiru. Ve vodě u břehu dva vousatí Tritóni, v oblacích dovádějící putti., Daniel, Perůtka, Togner 2009#, 131-135., and Ikonografické schéma Tencalla převzal z rytiny Johanna Wilhelma Baura (Baur 1641), nebo podle některé z jejích pozdějších kopií. Na začátku 19. století přemalováno (F. Přeček, G. Schmidt).
