dc.description	The segment from the 1939 Český zvukový týdeník Aktualita (Czech Aktualita Sound Newsreel) Issue No. 5B features negotiations on the proposed construction of an underground railway in Prague. Eustach Mölzer, chairman of the State Regulatory Committee for Prague and its Surroundings (Státní regulační komise pro Prahu a okolí), talks about the Prague metro plan. Illustrative images of the current, overloaded and inefficient, public transport system accompany his talk. Designs and sketches of future lines and stations. At the end, Mölzer expresses hope that the construction of Prague's underground railway won't be thwarted by war.
