Central and Eastern European Networking Association (CEENet) is an association of national organizations which concentrate on the academic research and educational networking. The primary mission of CEENet is to co-ordinate the international aspects of the academic, research and education networks in Central and Eastern Europe and in adjacent countries. Between 26-27 November 2006 ASCR in the cooperation with European Academy of Sciences and Arts (EASA) co-hosted the 7th conference of CEENet representatives in villa Lanna in Prague. and Alena Štiková.
Fot two years now, the Museum of Modern Art in New York (MoMA) and organized the project Contemporary and Modern Art Perspectives (C-MAP) in a Global Age: A Program for Research at the Museum of Modern Art. It aims at disseminationg knowledge and discussion of modern and contemporary art beyond the regions that are most heavily represented in the MoMA collections (i. e., Western Europe, North America, and Latin America). On 22-23 February 2011 the third seminar of the project was held in MoMA, with the title Multiple Modernities through the Lens of International Cubism. Between invited guests to give papers as the basis for discussion was also Vojtěch Lahoda of the Institute of Art History of the ASCR. and Vojtěch Lahoda.
