We highlight the interview with Czech chemist Professor Rudolf Zahradník, who used to be the president of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic from 1993-2001. He has published more than 350 papers and 10 books especially on problems related to quantum chemistry. He is a member of the International Academy of Quantum Molecular Science.
