The work of Jean Baudrillard has gained for itself large groups of followers and opponents alike. But Baudrillard is often misinterpreted by both camps. The reason for this, apart from anything else, is the characteristic way in which he gets hold of the “objects” of his interest. When reading his work one witnesses a tendency towards non-standard accounts of subject matter. He operates on the border of its significance and, at the same time, he often (quite intentionally) contradicts himself. In the article I present Baudrillard’s view of the productive theory and the dialectical method. I sketch the reasons why he condemns them and replaces them with the seductive theory-fiction or with theoretical terrorism and reversibility or even with symbolic exchange. These are the strategies by which, with passion, he comes to terms with objects. Many hitherto published studies of the theories of Jean Baudrillard tackle and focus on its concrete elements in contexts of the utmost diversity. This article, on the contrary, is concerned with the theoretico-methodological viewpoint, and it thus serves as a certain kind of general introduction to the investigation of the work of Jean Baudrillard. Baudrillard’s idiosyncratic method is introduced and comparisons are made. A characterisation and mutual comparison is made of the productive and seductive way of theorising. The study also points to the content of these, with stress being placed on Baudrillard’s seductive way. The effects of foliar spraying of the dithiocarbamate zineb on two cultivars of tomato grown in the field in a site with high ozone concentrations were studied by means of biomass assessment, antioxidant enzyme assays, lipid peroxidation, and chlorophyll fluorescence measurements. Zineb prevented the peroxidation of membrane lipids and decreased the activity of scavenging enzymes, which suggests that plants sprayed with zineb are subjected to lower oxidative stress than controls. The beneficial effects of zineb protection is the utilization of a larger fraction of absorbed radiant energy in photosynthesis and a larger fruit yield in plants of both cultivars. and Á. The article focuses on gender aspects of globalisation and global restructuring and criticises the masculine bias of mainstream theories of globalisation. It is aimed at adding a global dimension to Czech gender studies. It looks at the way in which globalisation is gendered and based on gender ideologies, and how global restructuring affects and change gender systems. Primarily economic globalisation is addressed, and the changes in the organisation of labour globally are examined. Global production is dependent on cheap women's labour in the factories of multi-national corporations in the global south. The process of rendering labour more flexible and informal is associated with its féminisation. Care work and migration are also becoming feminised on a global scale. The article also analyses domestic work performed in the United States and Western Europe by women migrants from developing countries. All these processes are occurring within the context of neo-liberal policies and the changing role of states amidst a global restructuring, which needs to be examined from a gender perspective.
This paper aims to describe the production of minor items, mostly dress accessories, from non-ferrous metals on a market square to understand how the organization of space looked like and to get an insight of chaînes d’opératoires. Base for this research are numerous production waste finds from excavations which were conducted in Wroclaw at New Market Square – a place which fulfils a role of a market square since the 2nd half of the 13th century to this day. The paper focus on spatial analysis of finds based on proposed ‘typology’of metal scraps in relation to organization of similar production in the whole medieval city. and Článek se zabývá drobnými artefakty (především oděvními aplikacemi) z neželezných kovů, jež pocházejí z prostoru náměstí Nowy Targ ve Vratislavi. Předmětem výzkumu je početný soubor výrobního odpadu z druhé poloviny 13. a ze 14. století. Článek se zaměřuje na prostorovou analýzu různých typologických skupin kovového odpadu ve formě odstřižků a úlomků, a to s přihlédnutím k dokladům obdobné produkce v rámci celého města. Vypracovaná typologie předmětů slouží jako východisko studia funkčního uspořádání tržního prostranství a tzv. operačního řetězce výroby.
Obecné psychologické faktory výkonnosti jsou vyloženy na základě vnitřní souvislosti mezi aspirační úrovní, výkonovým motivem a vnímaným sebeuplatněním. Aspirační úroveň obsahuje motiv dosáhnout úspěchu i motiv vyhnout se neúspěchu. Úspěch a neúspěch jako incentivní hodnoty se nekryjí s očekávanými výsledky. Vnímané sebeuplatnění obsahuje víru ve vlastní schopnosti dosahovat výsledků. Cíle, výsledky a vnímané příčiny úspěchu a neúspěchu představují různé motivy pro výkonnost. Ekonomická výkonnost v makroekonomické i mikroekonomické dimenzi se týká produkce, distribuce, směny a spotřeby. Každý z těchto procesů obsahuje psychologické faktory výkonnosti ve specifické podobě. Specifické psychologické faktory produkce jsou kooperace a inovace. Distribuce obsahuje oceňování rozdělování produktů. Psychologickým faktorem směňování je srovnávání zájmů, zisků a ztrát. Spotřeba zahrnuje jako psychologický faktor dynamiku aktualizace a uspokojování potřeb. Relativně autonomní vývoj potřeb má vliv na produkci, distribuci i směnu. Základním stimulem ekonomických procesů je však produkce, která obsahuje po psychologické stránce předobraz všech ekonomických procesů v podobě kooperace, dělby dílčích činností, jejich výměny a spotřeby. Udržení vyrovnaného fungování a vývoje čtyř základních ekonomických procesů v jejich komplexu je také výkonem, respektive výkonnost vyžaduje. Psychologickým předpokladem a výsledkem tohoto udržitelného fungování a rozvoje je vnitřní kontinuální kultivace účastníků všech ekonomických procesů.
This article assesses efforts to develop "open innovation". First, open innovation is put in the framework of knowledge society. It is shown that the term open innovation refers tu such different cases that it is better to assess them separately. Chesbrough´s "open innovation", the "lead user" conception, the idea of "commons-based-peer-production" and "interactive value production" is shortly explored. "Incertitude" is overviewed as basic background that urges societal praxis to turn to open innovation. At the end the article, referring to an expert material worked out for the EC DG Research, called with abbreviation TEKSS, turns interest to extending open innovation by integrating concerned groups as innovation partners as engagement, i.e. as partners though the whole innovation process., Imre Hronzsky, Ágnes Fésüs., and Obsahuje seznam literatury
