The problem addressed in this paper is the reconstruction of an object in the form of a realistically textured 3D model from images taken with an uncalibrated camera. We especially focus on reconstructions from {\em short} image sequences. By means of a description of an easy to use system, which is able to accomplish this in a fast and reliable way, we give a survey of all steps of the reconstruction pipeline. For the purpose of developing a coherent reconstruction system it is necessary to integrate a number of different techniques such as feature detection, algorithms of the RANSAC-family, and methods for auto-calibration. We describe and review recent developments of distinct strands of these techniques. While developing our system the necessity of improvements of several steps of the state-of-the-art reconstruction pipeline emerged. Two of these innovations are introduced in detail in this paper: an advanced SIFT-based feature detector and a two-stage RANSAC process facilitating a faster selection of relevant object points. In addition, we give a recommendation regarding auto-calibration for short image sequences.
To improve the results of radiotherapy for cervical cancer used local and systemic radiomodification drugs. Materials and methods: 1984 patients with locally advanced cervical cancer (2b 3a stage), which at one stage of complex treatment by a course indoarterial of regional longterm polychemotherapy (EARDPHT) mode: methotrexate 50 mg/m2, the first 12 hours, fluorouracil 1000 mg/m2, over the next 12 hours and cisplatin 100 mg/m2, for 48 hours, 2 stage surgical treatment in the volume expanding hysterectomy 3 type (modification of Wertheim Meigs). Results: The results of treatment of locally cervical cancer using VADRPHT, depending on the unilateral and bilateral tumor invasion in parametrial tissue showed that under unilateral lesion of parametrium results of treatment were higher than for the bilateral involvement of parametrium. Medical pathomorphosis in tumors of different severity was observed in 86.9% of patients, metastasis to regional lymph nodes were detected in 36% of operated patients, and also studied the degree of therapeutic pathomorphosis in lymph nodes. There was revealed that the complete regression of tumors, 5 year survival rate is 98%, whereas in tumor regression of more than 50% of the original volume 78.5%, with stabilization of tumor no more than 58.4%. Conclusion: The study of molecularbiological parameters of the tumor cells show the effectiveness of conducted neoadvent indoarterial chemotherapy and play an important role in further treatment and prediction of disease., Navruzova V. We aimed to investigate in detail the structural mutations after influence of actellic insecticide at different doses and different temperature conditions. We tested effects of single introduction of different doses of actellic: 48, 96, 192, and 384 mg/kg. Cytogenetic effect of actellic in bone marrow cells at different temperature regimens was studied. Following actellic administration, animals were being in two temperature regimes: normal (18-20°C) and high (37-38°C). After treatment with actellic, animals were kept within 1, 2, 4 and 8 hours at high temperature (37-38°C), i.e. in a thermostat (TV-80) with access of air. In experiments, the animals were divided into seven groups. The animals of the 1st group were administered actellic at a dose 384 mg/kg and kept under normal temperature until slaughtering. The animals of the 2nd group after administration of actellic were immediately placed in an environment with a temperature of 37-38°C. Animals of the 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th groups after treatment with actellic were transferred to conditions with high temperature, respectively, for 1, 2, 4 and 8 hours. The 7th group of mice was under normal temperature conditions without treatment with actellic. Our results have shown that in normal temperature conditions single exposure of actellic (384 mg/kg) did not affect the genetic apparatus of somatic cell, evidenced by the frequency of chromosome aberrations in bone marrow cells that were within the control levels. The widespread introduction of dental implant in the dental practice will determine progress and the future of prosthetic dentistry. At the same time, like any new direction dental implantation has generated a lot of questions and unsolved problems. On many of these issues and problems can be answered only by using morphological methods. Therefore, after the development of a new construction of the dental implant one of the main issues was the question of its interaction with the jawbone and soft tissues of the oral cavity. We performed the experiment on 24 long snout dogs of both sexes, weighing 30-35 kg, with normal bite, at the age of 20-24 months. Animals were divided into 2 groups, according to samples of screw dental implants used in the experiment: basic group - 12 dogs in which were used samples of the new construction of dental implant “Implant.uz” (Uzbekistan); control group – 12 dogs in which were applied screw dental implant system “Dentium” (South Korea). Terms of derivation of animals from experiments were 1, 3, and 6 months. Recently, Baczyński et al. (2017) proposed a new family of implication operators called semicopula based implications, which combines a given a priori fuzzy implication and a semicopula. In this paper, firstly, the relationship between the basic properties of the priori fuzzy implication and the semicopula based implication are analyzed. Secondly, the conditions such that the semicopula based implication is a fuzzy implication are studied, the study is carried out mainly in the case that the semicopula is a special family semicopula and the priori fuzzy implication is a (U,N)-implication. Moreover, the case that the semicopula based implication is 2-increasing (directionally decreasing, respectively) is also considered.
This paper aims to present and discuss the concept of a subjective job scheduler with a satisfying criterion based on a Backpropagation Neural Network (BPNN) and a greedy task alignment procedure. The BPNN is to assign priorities to the tasks of each job based on the given subjective criteria. The subjective criteria and the task alignment procedure depend on the solution plan towards a given job scheduling problem depending on the user's need. When the scheduler is provided with a desired job selection criteria and task alignment procedure for the problem, it generates user satisfying solutions for a set of jobs. The satisfying criterion of the scheduler determines the user satisfaction based on three measures: convergence test of the BPNN, validity of the input job set and cost evaluation of the solutions. The simulations and comparisons presented in this paper indicate that the proposed approach is one of the most effective strategies of structuring a subjective functional job scheduler.
The present paper summarizes the results of research of Hieracium subgen. Pilosella done by using different methods. The apomictic complex of Hieracium subgen. Pilosella found in the Krkonoše Mts, consists of the following basic species: H. lactucella (2x, sexual), H. onegense (2x, sexual), H. pilosella (4x, sexual), H. caespitosum (4x, apomictic) and H. aurantiacum (4x and 5x, apomictic). These species are considered to be the parents of a further set of mostly apomictic hybridogenous types. The ploidy level, breeding system, isozyme phenotypes, chloroplast haplotypes and geographic distribution of this whole complex was analysed. The different hybridogenous types have different frequencies in the field and differ in the frequency of isozyme phenotypes (a conservative estimate of the number of genotypes). Most have uniform chloroplast haplotypes, but some haplotypes could have originated from reciprocal crosses. The comparison of chloroplast haplotypes suggests that apomictic species were not only pollen donors, but also contributed seed and gave rise to several hybridogenous types, illustrating the importance of the residual sexuality of apomicts in this group. H. pilosella is a central species in this group and is connected with other parental species, H. floribundum, H. lactucella and H. aurantiacum by a set of hybridogenous species that have a similar genetic structure. Some of the distinct hybridogenous types within the complex are of multiple origin. In contrast, crosses between the same parental types may generate diverse progenies, which can often be classified as distinct taxa. All taxa recorded in the past are surveyed and discussed with respect to present knowledge. We suggest that the taxonomy and origin of particular entities of this and other such complexes is best resolved using information from morphological, genetical, cytological and ecological studies.
The sum-product algorithm is a well-known procedure for marginalizing an "acyclic'' product function whose range is the ground set of a commutative semiring. The algorithm is general enough to include as special cases several classical algorithms developed in information theory and probability theory. We present four results. First, using the sum-product algorithm we show that the variable sets involved in an acyclic factorization satisfy a relation that is a natural generalization of probability-theoretic independence. Second, we show that for the Boolean semiring the sum-product algorithm reduces to a classical algorithm of database theory. Third, we present some methods to reduce the amount of computation required by the sum-product algorithm. Fourth, we show that with a slight modification the sum-product algorithm can be used to evaluate a general sum-product expression.
The purpose of this aer is to define the nature, history, and scope of the Surealist movement in Egypt in the 1930s and the 1940s and its influence on contemporary Egyptian art. It is also desigend to provide a clear, accessible, and broad background on a diverse group of mainstream and lesser-known innovativde Arabic artists while showing that Surrealism is not a phenomenon unique to Europe. In addition to dealing with the general state of the Egyptian art scene in the 1930s, the aarticle covers the genesis of the Egyptian Surrealis group Art and Liberty and its exhibitions, political activities and two main members, Georges Hénein and Ramsīs Yūnān.
A definition of “Šipoš integral” is given, similarly to [3],[5],[10], for real-valued functions and with respect to Dedekind complete Riesz-space-valued “capacities”. A comparison of Choquet and Šipoš-type integrals is given, and some fundamental properties and some convergence theorems for the Šipoš integral are proved.
