Anthropomorphic and zoomorphic clay figurines from the sites of the Middle Phase of the Lengyel culture in southern Poland, namely: Pleszów and Cło, are described. The anthropomorphic figurines are characterized by considerable schematization, initially with marked sexual features (steatopygy), and subsequently with only symbolic representation of the human body in the form of a cylinder. These figurines have closest analogies in the Eastern Lengyel complex. The zoomorphic figurines are, just as in the whole Lengyel complex, fairly schematic. Animals representations or animal heads occur also as pottery decorations. and Článek se zabývá antropomorfními a zoomorfními plastikami z jihopolských nalezišť střední fáze lengyelské kultury Pleszów a Cło. Antropomorfní plastiky byly charakterizovány jako značně schematizované – nejprve zdůrazňovaly pohlavní znaky (steatopygie) a následně zobrazovaly lidské tělo pouze v podobě válce. Nejbližší analogie mají ve východní části lengyelského kulturního komplexu. I zoomorfní plastiky jsou, stejně jako v celém lengyelském komplexu, dosti schematizované. Zobrazení zvířat nebo jejich hlav se také vyskytuje jako součást výzdoby na nádobách.
