V této práci budou prezentovány jak vlastní výsledky léčby cetuximabem a radioterapií u pacientů se spinocelulárními karcinomy hlavy a krku, tak i poléčebného sledování. Terapeutické výsledky byly u našich pacientů velmi dobré, ze 30 pacientů jsme zaznamenali celkem 90 % kompletních remisí u lokoregionálně pokročilých stadií. V dalším sledování bylo 2letého celkového přežití dosaženo u 82 % souboru a 2letého přežití bez příznaků onemocnění u 76 % pacientů., The paper presents outcomes of treatment with cetuximab and radiotherapy The paper presents outcomes of treatment with cetuximab and radiotherapy in patients with squamous cell head and neck cancers as well as of post-treatment follow-up.
