Paliativní péče klade důraz na kvalitu života nemocného a saturaci jeho bio-psycho-sociálních a spirituálních potřeb. V zahraničí se používají nástroje pro hodnocení potřeb pacientů v onkologické či paliativní péči, které pomáhají zdravotnickým pracovníkům porozumět specifickým potřebám pacientů, které by mohly být předmětem profesionální individualizované péče. Cílem tohoto přehledového článku je analyzovat měřící nástroje pro hodnocení potřeb pacientů v paliativní péči, porovnat je s doporučenými postupy pro tvorbu měřících nástrojů v paliativní péči a s českou verzí dotazníku PNAP. V elektronických databázích (Medline, Scopus, Proquest Public Health a Web of Knowledge) bylo nalezeno a dále podrobněji analyzováno 12 měřících nástrojů. Český dotazník PNAP pokrývá velkou část nejčastěji měřených potřeb i doporučení plynoucích ze směrnic pro měření potřeb v paliativní péči, které byly vytvořeny na základě vědeckých důkazů., Palliative care emphasizes quality of life of the ill and the saturation of his bio-psycho-social and spiritual needs. Abroad are used tools for assessing needs of patients in oncological or palliative care, which helps to health workers to understand the specific needs of patients that could be subject to professional individualized care. The aim of this review is to analyse measuring tools for assessing needs of patients in palliative care, to compare them with recommended procedures for creation of measurement tools in palliative care and with Czech version of the questionnaire PNAP. In the electronic databases (Medline, Scopus, Proquest Public Health and Web of Knowledge) was recovered and further analysed in detail 12 measuring tools. Cíl: Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit subjektivní proţívání ţen v těhotenství po perinatální ztrátě, identifikovat jejich potřeby a způsoby zvládání zátěţe v období právě probíhajícího těhotenství. Metodika: Výzkum byl proveden kvalitativní metodou. Metodou sběru dat byl polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo 6 těhotných ţen ve třetím trimestru po perinatální ztrátě v předchozím těhotenství. K analýze dat bylo vyuţito některých postupů zakotvené teorie (otevřené a axiální kódování a vytváření kategorií). Výsledky: Na základě analýzy dat byly stanoveny kategorie: 1. Zkušenost perinatální ztráty, 2. Proţívání nového těhotenství, 3. Pocity, 4. Zvládání, 5. Potřeby. Analýzou rozhovorů bylo zjištěno, ţe těhotenství po perinatální ztrátě je obdobím zvýšené emocionální zátěţe, ţeny mají specifické potřeby a pouţívají různé způsoby zvládání zátěţe. Závěr: Těhotné ţeny po perinatální ztrátě vyţadují specifický přístup poskytovatelů péče. Významná je kontinuita péče počínající obdobím perinatální ztráty, pokračující přípravou na těhotenství, porod a šestinedělí. Pochopení pocitů ţen můţe pomoci ve snaze o efektivnější poskytování ošetřovatelské péče. Komunitní porodní asistentky mohou být vhodnou podporou pro tuto skupinu ţen a pomoci jim překonat náročné období těhotenství po perinatální ztrátě., Aim: The aim of this research was to determine the subjective experience of women in pregnancy after perinatal loss, identify their needs and ways of coping with the stress during an ongoing pregnancy. Methods: The study was carried out using a qualitative method. The data collection method used was a semi-structured interview. Six pregnant women in the third trimester after perinatal loss in previous pregnancies participated in the research. Some procedures of grounded theory (open and axial coding and creating categories) were used for data analysis. Results: Based on the data analysis categories and subcategories were defined: 1. The experience of perinatal loss, 2. Experiencing new pregnancy, 3. Feelings, 4. Coping, 5. Needs. Analyzing the interviews revealed that pregnancy after perinatal loss is a period of higher emotional stress, when women have specific needs and use different ways of coping with stress. Conclusion: Pregnant women after perinatal loss require a specific approach of care providers. The continuity of the care is important, starting from the period after perinatal loss, continuing in the preparation for pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. Understanding the feelings of women may help in the effective provision of nursing care.
