V letech 1959–2008 počet zhoubných novotvarů centrální nervové soustavy (ZN CNS) z dat registru nádorů ČR dosáhl 26 548, z toho 14 263 (53,7 %) u mužů a 12 285 (46,3 %) u žen, v roce 2008 představující u mužů 412 (8,1/100 tis.), u žen 418 (7,9/100 tis.) onemocnění. Jejich prevalence v letech 1989–2005 vzrostla z 1169 na 2 565 žijících případů s očekávaným počtem 3 430 v roce 2015. Z 962 vícečetných ZN CNS, evidovaných v letech 1976–2005, bylo 150 primárních onemocnění u mužů a 162 u žen, 327 následných ZN CNS u mužů a 323 u žen tj. 5,1 % ze všech nově hlášených u mužů a 6,2 % u žen. Za toto období vzrostl v pětiletých intervalech počet primárních případů dvakrát, následných téměř třicetkrát. U primárních a následných ZN CNS převažovaly ve věku do 49 let ženy nad muži, v 50–69 letech muži nad ženami. Ze 14 krajů se vyskytlo 47 % ZN CNS ve čtyřech krajích (Moravskoslezský, Jihomoravský, Praha, Středočeský). Pouze 6,2 % multiplicit bylo evidováno v časných a 7,4 % v pokročilých klinických stadiích; 86,4 % stadií nebylo nahlášeno. Průměrný interval mezi 150 primárními ZN CNS a 170 jinými následnými novotvary u mužů byl pět let, mezi 162 primárními a 170 následnými u žen byl šest let, ze kterých byly u obou pohlaví nejpočetnější následné karcinomy trávicího ústrojí a kůže. Před 327 následnými ZN CNS bylo u mužů 390 primárních novotvarů, u žen před 323 následnými 362 primárních, ze kterých byly nejpočetnější karcinomy kůže, rodidel, prsů, prostaty a trávicího ústrojí. V říjnu 2007 žilo v době analýzy z 962 ZN CNS jen 91 a zemřelo 871 nemocných s převahou žijících žen nad muži., The number of malignant neoplasms of central nervous system (MN CNS), based in the Czech Cancer Registry, reached 26,548 diseases, of which there were 14,263 (53.7 %) of males and 12,285 (46.3 %) of females in 1959–2008, presented 412 (8.1 per 100,000 males) and 418 (7.9 per 100,000 females) diseases in 2008. The primary and subsequent MN CNS prevailed in the age group till 49 years in females over males, in the age group 50–69 years in males over females. A total of 14 Czech regions there were distributed 47 % of all multiple MN CNS in the four regions (Northern and Southern Moravia, Prague, Central Bohemia). Only 6.2 % multiplicities were registered in early and 7.4 % in advanced clinical stages; 86.4 % stages were unregistered. The average interval between 150 primary MN CNS and 170 other subsequent neoplasms was five years in males, between 162 primary and 170 subsequent cases six years in females, of which the most frequent were following digestive and skin carcinomas in both sex. In 327 subsequent MN CNS preceded 390 primary cancers in males, in 323 subsequent were 362 primary cases in females, of which the most frequent were carcinomas of skin, female genital and breast, prostate and digestive tract. Za posledních 46 let bylo u české populace evidováno 56 828 onemocnění nádorem pankreatu (PC) dg. C25, s incidencí 19,1 na 100 tis. mužů a 18,2 na 100 tis. žen v roce 2007. Prevalence PC vzrostla mezi roky 1989–2005 u mužů o 45,9 % na 629, u žen o 119,1 % na 241. Z 3 632 vícečetných nádorů PC, evidovaných za období 1976–2005 v registru, bylo u mužů 321 (1,5 %) primárních a 1 581 (7,4 %) následných, u žen 241 (1,2 %) primárních a 1 489 (7,7 %) následných, které představovaly 11 % ze všech nově hlášených PC. Duplicitní PC byl početnější u žen, multiplicitní u mužů. Počet primárních PC se zvýšil na 34 případů a následných PC na 258 v r. 2005. Téměř polovina vícečetných PC u mužů a třetina u žen byla evidována ve věku 35–64 let. Z 3 632 vícečetných PC se více vyskytlo v kraji Severomoravském 11,8 %, Jihomoravském 11,1 % a v Praze 8,1 %. Průměrný interval mezi primárním PC a jinými následnými novotvary (dg. C00–D48) byl 3,2 roku u mužů a 2,1 roku u žen, poměr synchronních a metachronních případů byl 1:0,7 u mužů a 1:0,5 u žen. Nejpočetnější po primárních PC byly u mužů nádory trávicích, dýchacích a močových cest a pohlavních orgánů, u žen nádory trávicích cest, pohlavních orgánů, močových cest a prsu. Následným PC nejčastěji předcházely u mužů primární nádory kůže, trávicích, dýchacích a močových cest a pohlavních orgánů, u žen nádory kůže, pohlavních orgánů, trávicích cest a prsu. Z 562 primárních PC zemřelo k říjnu 2007 celkem 526 (93,6 %) nemocných a přežívalo jen 23 mužů a 13 žen. Český screeningový program a dispenzární péče se nejeví dostatečný vzhledem k riziku vícečetných PC, ale také ostatních nádorů GIT a zejména kolorekta. Rozbor 165 050 následných novotvarů u 125 262 nemocných s nádory pokračuje s průběžnými sděleními., Over the last 46 years, there were registered 56 828 cases of pancreatic cancer (PC; ICD-10: C25) in the Czech population with rate 19.1 per 100,000 males and 18,2 per 100,000 females in 2007. A total of 3,632 multiple PC registered in 1976–2005 in the Czech Cancer Registry there were 321 (1.5 %) primary and 1 581 (7.4 %) subsequent in males, 241 (1.2 %) primary and 1 489 (7.7 %) subsequent in females, of which were 11 % multiple PC of all new registered PC. Double PC were higher in females, multiple in males. The number of primary PC increased to 34 cases, of subsequent to 258 in 2005. Almost half of multiple PC in males and third of females were registered in the age group of 35–64 years. Of 3.632 multiple PC were distributed mostly in the Northern 11.8 % and Southern 11.1 % Moravia regions and in Prague 8.1 %. The average interval between primary PC and subsequent other neoplasms (ICD-10: C00–D48) was 3.2 years in males and 2.1 years in females, the ratio of synchronous to metachronous cases was 1:0.7 in males and 1:0.5 in females. The most frequent cases following primary PC in males were cancers of digestive, respiratory, urinary and genital tract, in females these were cancers of digestive, genital and urinary tract and breast. The most frequent cancers preceding the next subsequent PC included in males primary cancers of the skin, digestive, respiratory, urinary and genital tract, in females cancers of the skin, genital and digestive tract and breast. Up to October 2007, of 562 primary PC died 526 (93.6 %) patients and survived only 23 males and 13 females. The Czech screening programme and medical surveillance is decisive in view of risk of multiple PC and digestive, especially colorectal cancers.
