Z nemocných s primárním KP k 17. 10. 2007 žilo 22,4 % a zemřelo 77,6 %, s následným KP žilo 31,6 % a zemřelo 68,4 % mužů. Vzhledem k výskytu KP ve spojení s dalšími novotvary není u české populace zatím dostatečná intervence ke zdravému životnímu stylu také vzhledem k očekávanému počtu 42 tisíc mužů, žijících s KP v roce 2015., In Czech men there were registered 81,884 new prostate cancers (PC) during 1959–2006, increased from 12.3 to 96.1 per 100,000 men. The mortality increased from 21.3 to 27.2 per 100,000 men. The share of PC of all cancers increased from 7,1 % to 13.2 % in incidence and from 6.7 % to 8.9 % in mortality. The prevalence of PC increased from 98 to 408.5 per 100,000 men in 1989–2005 and reached nearly 20,500 survived. Of 11,183 patients with PC were recorded 4,608 primary and 6,575 subsequent cases, represented 17.4 % of all registered PC in 1976–2005. There were treated 89.7 % duplicities and 10.3 % multiplicities of all primary PC. The number of primary PC increased to 282 cases in 1996 and then decreased, of subsequent PC permanently increased to 705 in 2005. Nearly half of PC contributed to the age group 70–79 year, third the age 50–69 year. The proportion of 1,115 (21.3 %) synchronous and 4,121 (78.7 %) metachronous subsequent neoplasms was 1:3.7. The average time between the primary and subsequent neoplasms was 4.1 years. The most frequent from 5,236 subsequent neoplasms after primary PC there were 28,6 % cancers of skin, 26,7 % gastrointestinal cancers, 17,8 % of urinary and 10,9 % in respiratory tract. The most frequent from 5,613 neoplasms before PC as the second diagnosis there were 35,3 % cancers of skin, 21 % gastrointestinal, 19,6 % urinary and 8,7 % respiratory tract. From patients with primary PC survived 22,4 % and died 77,6 %, from subsequent PC survived 31,6 % and died 68,4 % men up to 17. 10. 2007. Given the incidence of PC in conjunction with other neoplasms of the Czech population is not yet sufficient the intervention of a healthy lifestyle as well, given the expected number of 42 thousand men, living with PC in 2015., Edvard Geryk, Petr Dítě, Jiří Kozel, Radim Štampach, Petr Kubíček, Jakub Odehnal, and Lit.: 30

Prevalence u mužů a žen je uvedena podle 14 krajů u devíti skupin nádorů (novotvary úst a hltanu, trávicího ústrojí, dýchacích cest, melanom a nádory kůže, prsu, rodidel, prostaty a varlat, vylučovacích cest, mízní a krvetvorné tkáně). U 162 012 žijících případů devíti nádorových diagnóz převažovala v roce 2004 časná klinická stadia jako následek vyšší úmrtnosti v pokročilých stadiích. V roce 2004 bylo na zdravotní péči u nádorů vynaloženo 8,589 mld. korun s průměrem 19 793 korun na jeden případ., The absolute numbers of new cases of cancers and cancers in situ (dg. C00-D09) increased during 1989-2004 in the Czech Republic by 51%, of cancer mortality by 5% and of prevalence by 149%. The numbers of surviving cancer cases aged 0-85 years or more increased by 259,237 to 433,941 i.e. 4245.8 per 100,000 inhabitants. The share of persons of economically active age 35-64 years decreased during 15 years from 42% to 34% in men, from 48% to 43% in women, but absolutely increased in both sex by 92,194 to 171,366 surviving cancer cases in 2004. The total prevalence will reach 523.8 thousand in 2010 and almost 611 thousand cancers in 2015. The highest growth of prevalence in 1989-2004 was achieved in regions Praha, Jihomoravský, Moravskoslezský and Středočeský in ne-oplasms of urinary tract, prostate and testis, melanoma and skin, respiratory tract of women and digestive tract of men. Direct expenditures of public health insurance on cancer treatment increased from 2000 by 7,222 thousand million CZK, i.e. 6.2% of total health budgets, and amounted to 9,013 thousand million CZK, i.e. 5.3% of total budgets in 2005, which represented the average expenditure 20.6 thousand CZK per cancer case. The expected prevalence will increase by 174.3 thousand cancers during the period 2005-2015 (of which 55 thousand aged 35-64 years) and will amount 611 thousand cases. V letech 1959–2008 počet zhoubných novotvarů centrální nervové soustavy (ZN CNS) z dat registru nádorů ČR dosáhl 26 548, z toho 14 263 (53,7 %) u mužů a 12 285 (46,3 %) u žen, v roce 2008 představující u mužů 412 (8,1/100 tis.), u žen 418 (7,9/100 tis.) onemocnění. V říjnu 2007 žilo v době analýzy z 962 ZN CNS jen 91 a zemřelo 871 nemocných s převahou žijících žen nad muži., The number of malignant neoplasms of central nervous system (MN CNS), based in the Czech Cancer Registry, reached 26,548 diseases, of which there were 14,263 (53.7 %) of males and 12,285 (46.3 %) of females in 1959–2008, presented 412 (8.1 per 100,000 males) and 418 (7.9 per 100,000 females) diseases in 2008. Their prevalence increased from 1,169 to 2,565 survived cases between 1989–2005, with 3,430 cases expected in 2015. A total of 962 registered multiple MN CNS there were 150 primary diseases in males and 162 in females, 327 subsequent MN CNS in males and 323 in females, i. e. 5.1 % in males and 6.2 % in females of all newly registered MN CNS in period 1976–2005. In this period the number of primary cases increased twice, of subsequent ones nearly 30 times during five periods. The primary and subsequent MN CNS prevailed in the age group till 49 years in females over males, in the age group 50–69 years in males over females. A total of 14 Czech regions there were distributed 47 % of all multiple MN CNS in the four regions (Northern and Southern Moravia, Prague, Central Bohemia). Only 6.2 % multiplicities were registered in early and 7.4 % in advanced clinical stages; 86.4 % stages were unregistered. The average interval between 150 primary MN CNS and 170 other subsequent neoplasms was five years in males, between 162 primary and 170 subsequent cases six years in females, of which the most frequent were following digestive and skin carcinomas in both sex. In 327 subsequent MN CNS preceded 390 primary cancers in males, in 323 subsequent were 362 primary cases in females, of which the most frequent were carcinomas of skin, female genital and breast, prostate and digestive tract. A total of 962 multiple MN CNS there were only 91 survived and 871 death patients up to analysis in October 2007 with predominance of surviving females over males., Edvard Geryk, Jiří Kozel, Radim Štampach, Dalibor Pacík, Petr Dítě, Petr Kubíček, Milan Konečný, and Lit.: 30
