Dozimetrie interního ozáření je oblast radiační ochrany, která se snaží stanovit dávku způsobenou přítomností radionuklidů v lidském těle. Popíšeme zde obecný přístup k hodnocení dávky a ukážeme přehled nových trendů v této oblasti. Vysoké harmonické frekvencie optických frekvencií umožňujú generáciu attosekundových extrémnych UV pulzov a sledovanie ultrarýchlych procesov priamo v čase. V tomto článku si stručne popíšeme proces generácie vysokých harmonických frekvencií a ich zaujímavé vlastnosti. Ďalej uvedieme príklad využitia vysokých harmonických frekvencií k štúdiu dynamiky protónov v molekulách H2 a D2 na subfemtosekundovej škále., High-order harmonics of optical frequencies can be used to generate attosecond extreme ultra-violet pulses and to capture ultra-fast processes directly in time. Under natural and greenhouse conditions we found a significant reduction in the physiological and biochemical constituents in leaves of five disease types when compared to healthy ones. The growth characteristics such as height, dry mass, photosynthetic and transpiration rates, stomatal conductance, and water use efficiency were reduced significantly more in susceptible cv. TRI-2024 than in tolerant cv. TRI-2025. Also contents of total sugars, nitrogen, amino acids, proteins, polyphenols, and catechin were reduced in diseased plant leaves. However, the reduction was more prominent in susceptible than tolerant cultivar. Canker size and barker moisture content were larger in the susceptible cultivar than in the tolerant cultivar. and P. In mature and young leaves of sunflower (Helianthus annuus L. cv. Catissol-01) plants grown in the greenhouse, photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, and transpiration rate declined during water stress independently of leaf age and recovered after 24-h rehydration. The intercellular CO2 concentration, chlorophyll (Chl) content, and photochemical activity were not affected by water stress. However, non-photochemical quenching increased in mature stressed leaves. Rehydration recovered the levels of non-photochemical quenching and increased the Fv/Fm in young leaves. Drought did not alter the total Chl content. However, the accumulation of proline under drought was dependent on leaf age: higher content of proline was found in young leaves.
