Cieľ: Cieľom práce bolo validizovať defi nujúce charakteristiky ošetrovateľskej diagnózy Defi cit vedomostí vybraným súborom slovenských sestier – expertov, teda zistiť, ktoré defi nujúce charakteristiky sú sestrami považované za hlavné a ktoré za vedľajšie. Metódy: Na hodnotenie defi nujúcich charakteristík ošetrovateľskej diagnózy Defi cit vedomostí bol zvolený Fehringov model validity diagnostického obsahu. Výsledky: Za hlavné defi nujúce charakteristiky boli označené: „slovné vyjadrenie problému“ a „chybné, nepresné dodržiavanie inštrukcií“. Za vedľajšie defi nujúce charakteristiky boli označené: „chybné, nepresné výsledky testu“ a „neprimerané správanie“. Charakteristika „prehnané správanie“ dosiahla vážené skóre menej ako 0,5. Záver: Nie všetky defi nujúce charakteristiky ošetrovateľskej diagnózy Defi cit vedomostí uvedené v klasifi kačnom systéme NANDA-International sú pre vybraný súbor sestier rovnako významné pre jej stanovenie., Aim: The aim of the study was to validate the nursing diagnosis Deficient Knowledge by a chosen sample of Slovak nurses – experts, i. e. to find out which defining characteristics are considered major and minor. Methods: The Fehring’s Diagnostic Content Validity Model was used to evaluate the defi ning characteristics of nursing diagnosis Deficient Knowledge. Results: Th e following defi ning characteristics were marked as major: “verbalization of the problem”, “inaccurate compliance with instructions”. The following characteristics were marked as minor: “poor and inaccurate performance in a test” and “inappropriate behaviour”. The defining characteristic “exaggerated behaviour” had the weighted ratio less than 0.5. Conclusion: Not all defining characteristics of nursing diagnosis Deficient Knowledge found in NANDA-International classification system are equally significant for chosen sample of Slovak nurses to determine this nursing diagnosis., Renáta Zeleníková, Katarína Žiaková, and Literatura 16
Cieľ: Cieľom práce bolo zistiť výskyt komplikácií v závislosti od veku a pohlavia pacientov, od dĺžky zavedenia stimulačnej elektródy, od zvolenej cesty prístupu zavedenia stimulácie u pacientov hospitalizovaných na Oddelení arytmií a koronárnej jednotky v Univerzitnej nemocnici Martin. Metodika: Pre zber potrebných údajov sme použili obsahovú analýzu zdravotnej dokumentácie, nemocničný informačný systém, pozorovanie na základe vypracovaného záznamového hárku. Údaje sme analyzovali pomocou deskriptívnej a induktívnej štatistiky. V sledovanom súbore bolo 38 pacientov od 58 rokov do 93 rokov. Pacienti boli akútne prijatí na Jednotku intenzívnej starostlivosti za účelom realizácie dočasnej kardiostimulácie, ktorá bola užívaná v priemere 5,28 ± 2,33 dní. Výsledky: Na základe spracovania údajov sme u 17 pacientov zistili výskyt komplikácií, pričom najčastejšou komplikáciou bola lokálna infekcia. Štatistickou analýzou sme zaznamenali významné vzťahy medzi dĺžkou zavedenia stimulačnej elektródy a výskytom lokálnej infekcie, kde nám vznikla silná signifikantná korelácia r(S) = 0,518 na hladine významnosti p = 0,001 a rovnako pri výskyte hematómu sme zaznamenali koreláciu r(S) = 0,329 na hladine významnosti p = 0,023. Záver: Analýzou získaných údajov sme identifikovali najčastejšie vyskytujúce sa komplikácie v spojitosti s dočasnou kardiostimuláciou. Najčastejšie sme zaznamenali výskyt lokálnej infekcie, ktorý súvisí s následnou ošetrovateľskou starostlivosťou, ale aj s významnými prediktormi, ktoré môžu do značnej miery ovplyvniť ich vývoj., Aim: The aim of our study was to determinate the incidence of complications depending on the age and gender of patients, duration of implantation of stimulation electrode, of selected access point of implementation stimulation in patients hospitalized at the Arrhythmia unit and Coronary care unit in University hospital in Martin. Methods: For the collection of required data we have used content analysis of medical records, hospital information system, surveillance based on own designed sheet. The data were analysed using descriptive and inductive statistic. The sample consisted of 38 patients in the range from 58 to 93 years of age. Patients were acutely admitted to ICU with the aim of realization of temporary cardiac pacing, which lasted 5.28 ± 2.33 days in average. Results: On the basis of processed data, we found incidence of complications in 17 patients, where the most frequent complication was local infection. Using statistical analysis we found a significant relationship between duration of implementation of stimulation electrode and incidence of local infection, which resulted in strong significant correlation (r(S) = 0.518, p = 0.001) and similarly, we noted correlation in the incidence of haematoma (r(S) = 0.329, p = 0.023). Conclusion: Using analysis of the obtained data we have identified the most frequently occurring complications in conjunction with the temporary cardiac pacing.
