Východiska: Vzhledem ke geriatrizaci ošetřovatelské péče se ageismus stává často diskutovaným tématem. Z tohoto důvodu je velmi důležité, aby nelékařští zdravotničtí pracovníci byli v tomto ohledu dostatečně vzděláváni, protože právě dostatečná informovanost a praktická zkušenost může ovlivnit míru inklinace k ageistickým postojům. Cíl: Cílem výzkumného šetření bylo zhodnotit ageistické postoje u studentů středních zdravotnických škol v závislosti na škole a ročníku, kterou respondenti navštěvovali a zjistit rozdíly ve vnímání seniorské populace. Metody: V souladu s cíli práce byl proveden kvantitativní výzkum formou dotazníkového šetření. Na základě bodového ohodnocení odpovědí v dotazníku byla zjištěna míra ageistických postojů u respondentů. Výsledky: Práce prokázala, že je statisticky významný vztah mezi ageistickými postoji u studentů a jejich příslušností ke střední škole. Stejně tak byl prokázán rozdíl mezi ageistickými postoji u studentů druhých a čtvrtých ročníků středních zdravotnických škol. Závěry: Z práce vyplývá, že ve sledovaném souboru se u většiny studentů objevuje střední inklinace k ageistickým postojům s ohledem na navštěvovanou školu. Dále pak, že k ageistickým postojům inklinují více studenti čtvrtých ročníků, kteří již absolvovali odbornou praxi u lůžka nemocného, než studenti druhých ročníků, kteří tuto praxi ještě neabsolvovali., Background: Due to geriatrization of nursing care becomes oen discussed theme. Because of this it’s very important that non-medical health staff will be enough educated. It is that sufficient awareness and practical experience that can affect the rate of inclination to ageist attitudes. Objective: e objective of this research was to evaluate ageist attitudes of nursing school students according to school which the respondents visited and find out the differences in perception of senior population among the students of second and fourth grade. Methods: Due to the aims of this work the quantitative research has been done through a questionnaire survey. e rate of ageist attitudes was observed based on scoring responses. Results: A statistically significant relationship between symptoms of ageist attitudes this work proved as well as the differences between symptoms of ageist attitudes among second and fourth grade students. Conclusions: e work shows that in the sample survey, the majority of students appearing middle inclination to the myths of old age. Management kvality nabývá stále většího významu, stává se součástí koordinovaných aktivit zdravotnické péče a také vědecko-výzkumným tématem s cílem vymezovat dobrou praxi a přenášet ji dále. Cíl: Cílem výzkumu bylo zmapovat situaci v oblasti řízení kvality perioperační péče a ověřit, zda je rozdíl v úrovni dosahované kvality mezi akreditovanou a neakreditovanou nemocnicí a které atributy kvalitu péče ovlivňují. Metodika: Výzkum se skládal z kvalitativní a kvantitativní části a zahrnoval několik metod sběru dat. Pro vymezení úlohy manažerské funkce, byla zvolena metoda „stínování“ vedoucí sestry centrálních operačních sálů. Pro získání informací o řízení kvality byly zrealizovány tři polo-strukturované rozhovory s odbornicemi na toto téma. Na základě rozhovorů byla sestavena SWOT analýza, z jejichž výsledků byl vytvořen nestandardizovaný dotazník pro kvantitativní ověření identifikovaných bodů. Výsledky: Mezi dva nejdůležitější atributy, které nastavují úroveň kvality péče operačních sálů, a které mají souvislost s existencí akreditace, patří provádění vnějších auditů a sledování indikátorů kvality. V druhé studii se potvrdila pracovní hypotéza, že vyšší úrovně kvality dosáhly akreditované nemocnice. Závěr: Existence certifikátu akreditace má vliv na kvalitu operačních sálů, a nejdůležitějšími atributy jsou nastavení a sledování indikátorů kvality a provádění vnějších auditů., Quality Management is gaining an increasing importance, it is becoming a part of coordinated activities in medical care and also a scientific research topic in order to identify good practice and transfer it further. Aim: The aim of the research was to map the situation in the field of quality management of perioperative care and verify whether there is a difference in the level of quality achieved between accredited and non-accredited hospitals and which attributes affect the quality of care. Methods: The research consisted of qualitative and quantitative sections and included several data collection methods. The method of “shadowing” of head nurse central operating rooms was selected for the definition of the role of manager position. To get information about quality management there have been implemented three semi-structured interviews with the specialists on this topic. Based on the interviews the SWOT analysis was prepared and the results were used to make a non-standard questionnaire for the quantitative verification of the identified points. Results: Carrying out external audits and monitoring of quality indicators are the two most important attributes that set the level of quality of care in operating rooms and that are associated with the existence of accreditation. In the second study the working hypothesis was confirmed, which means that accredited hospitals achieved higher levels of quality. Cíl: Cílem výzkumného šetření bylo zjistit stav a význam interní komunikace v konkrétním zdravotnickém zařízení a doporučit opatření k jejímu zlepšení. Metody: V souladu s cílem práce byl proveden kvalitativní výzkum formou hloubkových rozhovorů s top managementem nemocnice, a také proběhla analýza základních předpokladů (prvků) efektivní interní komunikace. Byly identifi kovány hlavní faktory ovlivňující interní komunikaci a jejich vliv a význam byl následně ověřován kvantitativním výzkumem – dotazníkovým šetřením mezi zaměstnanci. Výsledky: Byly potvrzeny hypotézy o významu interní komunikace a jejího vlivu na pracovní chování a výkony, byly zhodnoceny základní předpoklady pro efektivní interní komunikaci a doporučeno jejich konkrétní zlepšení. Závěr: Lze konstatovat, že se potvrdil signifi kantní význam interní komunikace ve zkoumané nemocnici. Pracovníci vnímají interní komunikaci jako důležitou a shodují se, že ovlivňuje jejich pracovní výkon a pracovní chování a jednání. Nemocnice neměla správně nastavené některé předpoklady pro fungování interní komunikace, ale následně přijala opatření k jejich zlepšení., Aim: The aim of the research was to describe the status and importance of internal communications in a hospital and recommend proposals for its improvement. Methods: There is analysis of internal communication according own methodology – key assumptions of eff ective internal communication. Qualitative research through depth interviews with top management of the hospital identifi ed the main factors aff ecting internal communication, its eff ect and meaning was tested by quantitative research – questionnaire survey of employee’s views. Results: The hypotheses the importance of internal communication and its impact on work behaviour and performance were confi rmed. Internal communication was evaluated by the basic assumptions of internal communication were evaluated and recommended its improvement. Conclusion: Workers perceive internal communication as an important and agree that aff ects their job performance and work behaviour.
