x, Isnt current psychoanalytical and psychotherapeutic al effort to support internal change of the client the analogy of old effort to transformation? Would you consider such method to something other than a spiritual effort to spiritua l growth around 150 years ago? Wouldnt one have seen it as spiritual practice? The lecture attempts to recognize and name "Concept s from elsewhere" - psychotherapeutical concepts "borrowed" from another, more original - s piritual context. With help of this paradigm author looks at concepts such as: attention, presen ce, alertness, memory, freedom, relationship, and some typical concepts and contents of psychothe rapy such as transference, act and dream. He tries to understand why the other / similarly es sential concepts / were on included. For example penance and sacrifice. In conclusion, he returns to psychoanalysis, his ba sic approach, and context of its origin. He is trying to identify why psychoanalysis - the "indivi dualist vision" remained "distanct" to religious content. And he meditates why and how Jun gian psychoanalysis /the second approach of the author / completes this essential "gestalt", and Šikl, J.
The purpose of study was to analyze clinical and genetic polymorphism of Duchenne/Becker progressive muscular dystrophies among patients with neuromuscular diseases in Uzbekistan. 106 male patients with progressive pseudohypertrophic forms of muscular dystrophy were retrospectively and prospectively analyzed in the period from 2004 till 2014: 93 patients with Duchenne PMD aged from 3 years to 18 years and 13 patients with Becker PMD aged from 10 years to 25 years, who had been examined in the medico-genetic consulting department of the Republican Center “Mother and Child Screening” of Tashkent city. Comprehensive clinical, neurophysiological, biochemical and genetic study of patients as the integral part in the differential diagnosis of Duchenne/Becker progressive muscular dystrophies allows creating the national database on D/B PMD to prevent the birth of children in families burdened by this disease., Umida Tulkinovna Omonova, and Literatura

Organization and public financing of health care is task and competence of the member states. However, economic integration cannot spare it entirely. Financing of urgent treatment of tourists is based on coordination of reimbursement among competent institutions. The Court of Justice established right of patients for public reimbursement of treatment intentionally found in other member states with domestic rates with broad interpretation of basic economic freedoms, albeit measures for cost-containment justify restrictions. The Directive on the application of patients’ rights in cross-border healthcare brings clarification. The Czech Republic has implemented the directive benevolently within short delay. There is no fear of outflow of public money to other member states due to economic, social and linguistic reasons and for absent litigation of patients as clients of public health insurance funds. Opportunity to require prior authorization with reimbursement was thus not used. Increasing complexity of public financing of Czech healthcare is revealed. It is unclear whether rates of reimbursement are fair and regulated prices are feasible. Recognition of pharmaceutical prescriptions and reimbursement of cross-border purchase of pharmaceuticals is also required., Doc.JUDr. Filip Křepelka, Ph.D., and Literatura
