V neposlednom rade je pozornosť venovaná súvisiacej judikatúre Európskeho súdu pre ľudské práva., On 13 December 2006, the UN adopted the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, which in the Slovak republic came into force on 25.06.2010 and as an international treaty takes precedence over the laws and constitution. The importance of this Convention lies primarily in the "materialization" long-standing initiative aimed at protecting the rights of disabled persons at the international level, on the basis of which is "the world's largest minority" able to demand respect for their human rights. Our contribution focuses on the analysis of the catalogue of rights which is supposed to protect a person with a disability, overlaps in area of health care and its impact on national policy states that transposed the Convention into their national law systems. Finally, the attention is paid to the related case law of the European Court of Human Rights., and Ivan Humeník, Peter Franko, Jozef Kubala
Záver: Predmetom skúmania je vzťah rozsahu postihnutia labyrintu a stavu sluchu pr, Aim: Otosclerosis is an autosomal dominant disease with variable penetrance and expression. It is characterized by dystrophy of enchondral layer of otic capsule. Otosclerosis typically presents with conductive hearing loss and intact tympanic membrane. Sensorineural or mixed hearing loss may be present in some cases. Methods and results: Otosclerosis is categorized into two major groups, fenestral and retrofenestral (cochlear). The diagnosis of otosclerosis is based on history, series of audiologic tests and imaging modalities. HRCT is imaging modality of choice. HRCT helps to establish diagnosis of otosclerosis, excludes other cause of conductive hearing loss with intact tympanic membrane and allows grading of otosclerosis. Conclusion: The size and localisation of otosclerotic labyrinth impairment imaged by HRCT in corelation with level of hearing in diagnosis is the aim of this study., Katarína Sláviková, Zuzana Líšková, Miroslav Malik, Zuzana Kabátová, Milan Profant, and Literatura
