Léčba kolorektálního karcinomu (KRK) vyžaduje multidisciplinární přístup s účastí gastroenterologa, chirurga, patologa, onkologa a radiologa. V případě metastatického KRK jsou možnosti léčby jednotné, použití kombinace chirurgické a cílené systémové léčby. Každá léčebná modalita KRK je zatížená rizikem komplikací. Proto je nezbytné s každým pacientem probrat prospěch a rizika navrhované léčby. Prezentujeme dvě kazuistiky pacientů s KRK, u kterých léčba vedla k dosažení remise i za cenu významných komplikací., Treatment of colorectal cancer (CRC) requires a multidisciplinary approach involving a gastroenterologist, surgeon, pathologist, oncologist and a radiologist. Treatment options depend on the stage of the disease, the overall condition of the patient and the molecular characteristics of the tumor. In the context of preoperative care, treatment procedures for cancer of the rectum is slightly different from the treatment of the colon cancer. In the case of metastatic CRC, there are unified treatment options, using a combination of surgical and targeted systemic therapy. Each treatment modality is at risk of complications. Therefore it is necessary to discuss the benefits and risks of the proposed treatment with each patient. We are presenting two cases of patients with CRC, where the treatment led to a remission, even at the cost of significant complications., Miroslav Zavoral, Tomáš Grega, Štěpán Suchánek, and Literatura
Kolorektální karcinom je druhým nejčastějším nádorovým onemocněním. V době diagnózy má více něž 30 % nemocných založené vzdálené metastázy. Nejčastější jsou metastázy jaterní. Multidisciplinární přístup k terapii jaterních metastáz vede k prodloužení přežití nemocných., Colorectal cancer is the second most common cancer. At the time of diagnosis more than 30 % of patients have distant metastasis. The most common are liver metastases. Multidisciplinary approach to the treatment of liver metastases leads to longer survival of patients., Lenka Ostřížková, Dagmar Brančíková, Zdeněk Mechl, and Literatura
