Dňa 13. decembra 2006 bol na pôde OSN prijatý Dohovor o právach osôb so zdravotným postihnutím, ktorý pre Slovenskú republiku nadobudol platnosť 25.06.2010 a má povahu medzinárodnej zmluvy majúcej prednosť pred zákonmi a Ústavou SR. Význam tohto Dohovoru spočíva predovšetkým v „zhmotnení“ dlhoročnej iniciatívy zameranej na ochranu práv zdravotne postihnutých osôb na medzinárodnej úrovni, na podklade ktorej je „najväčšej svetovej minorite“ umožnené žiadať rešpektovanie ich ľudských práv. Náš príspevok sa zameriava na analýzu katalógu práv, ktoré majú chrániť osoby so zdravotným postihnutím, presahmi na oblasť poskytovania zdravotnej starostlivosti ako aj jeho dopadom na vnútroštátne politiky štátov, ktoré tento Dohovor transponovali do svojich vnútroštátnych poriadkov. V neposlednom rade je pozornosť venovaná súvisiacej judikatúre Európskeho súdu pre ľudské práva., On 13 December 2006, the UN adopted the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, which in the Slovak republic came into force on 25.06.2010 and as an international treaty takes precedence over the laws and constitution. The importance of this Convention lies primarily in the "materialization" long-standing initiative aimed at protecting the rights of disabled persons at the international level, on the basis of which is "the world's largest minority" able to demand respect for their human rights. Our contribution focuses on the analysis of the catalogue of rights which is supposed to protect a person with a disability, overlaps in area of health care and its impact on national policy states that transposed the Convention into their national law systems. Žebříčky nabývají velkého významu. Článek zkoumá jejich roli v souvislosti se současnou vědeckou politikou univerzit. Existuje dnes několik typů žebříčků: kvantitativní, další obsahující aspekty kvality výuky a webové žebříčky. V závislosti na druhu hodnocení se různé univerzity mohou umístit na velmi rozdílných pozicích. Strategickým cílem univerzit by mělo být srovnatelné umístění v různých systémech hodnocení, což značí, že různé oblasti dané univerzity jsou rovnoměrně rozvinuté. Univerzity, které chtějí konkurovat světovým univerzitám ve vědeckých výstupech, by měly své pracovníky podporovat, aby publikovali v mezinárodních časopisech., Rankings have become increasingly important. Several ranking systems currently exist: quantitative ones, some including aspects of quality or education, and web-based rankings. A university’s strategic goal should be to have similar positions in diff erent ranking systems, indicating that diff erent fi elds at the university are equally developed. V mezidobí po ukončení čtvrtého cyklu a před otevřením cyklu pátého podáváme odborné veřejnosti zprávu o čtyřletém komplexním vzdělávacím programu v rodinné terapii psychosomatických poruch schváleném pro zdravotnictví. Seznamujeme čtenáře s kořeny projektu, které sahají až před rok 1989 a s jeho proměnami během 16 let. Integrovali jsme v něm zkušenosti z výcviků ve skupinové psychoterapii a výuku rodinné terapie. Hlavním záměrem je propojovat dominantní proud biologické medicíny ve zdravotnictví s málo uplatňovanými poznatky o významném vlivu psychosociálního kontextu na stonání. Komunita 40 frekventantů je složená z lékařů na straně jedné a humanitně vzdělaných odborníků, především klinických psychologů na straně druhé. Absolventi takto uspořádaného komplexního vzdělání, které obsahuje teorii, nácvik dovedností, možnost osobnostního rozvoje v malých sebezkušenostních skupinách i supervizi, jsou připraveni pracovat v týmech na psychosomatických pracovištích., In the interlude, after the finishing the fourth cycle and before the opening of the fifth cycle, we are presenting professionals a report on a four-year comprehensive training program in family therapy of psychosomatic disorders approved for health care.
