- Description:
Je třeba ještě stanovit přesný prognostický a zejména léčebný dopad patologického nálezu., Tomáš Zatočil, J. Maňoušek, T. Brychta, and Lit. 26

- Description:
- learning machine (ELM), as a new learning mechanism for single hidden layer feedforward neural networks (SLFNs), has shown its advantages, such as fast computation speed and good generalization performance. However, the weak robustness of ELM is an unavoidable defect for image classification. To address the problem, we propose a novel ensemble method which combines rotation forest and selective ensemble model in this paper. Firstly, ELM and rotation forest are integrated to construct an ensemble classifier (RF-ELM), which combines the advantages of both rotation forest and ELM. The purpose of rotation forest here is to enhance the diversity of each base classifier which can improve the performance generalization. Then several ELMs are removed from the ensemble pool by using genetic algorithm (GA) based selective ensemble model to further enhance the robustness. Finally, the remaining ELMs are grouped as a selected ensemble classifier (RFSEN-ELM) for image classification. The performance is analyzed and compared with several existing methods on benchmark datasets and the experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm substantially improves the accuracy and robustness of classification at an acceptable level of training cost.

- Description:
- Morphology of adult parasitic hermaphrodites, free-living males and females, rhabditoid and infective larvae of Rhabdias agkistrodonis Sharpilo, 1976 is described. Adult parasites of the species differ from corresponding stage of other Rhabdias species from snakes in the presence of short cuticular needle on the tip of the tail. Free-living generation stages of R. agkistrodonis have typical rhabditoid morphology. Homogonic infective larvae differ from heterogonic ones in the shape of stoma and oesophagus. Three new hosts: Halys viper (Agkistrodon halys) (Pallas) from Altaiskii Krai (Russia), Okinawa habu (Trimeresurus flavoviridis) (Ilallowell)' and T, elegans (Gray) from Okinawa Island (Japan) are added to the host range of R. agkistrodonis known previously exclusively from short-tailed viper (Agkistrodon blomhoffi) from the Russian Far East.

- Description:
- Rhabdias kongmongthaensis sp. n. is described based on specimens found in the lungs of the tree frog Polypedates leucomystax (Gravenhorst) (Amphibia: Rhacophoridae) from Kanchanaburi Province, western Thailand. The new species is similar to two North-American species, Rhabdias ranae and R. americanus, by presence of two lateral pseudolabia, each with two inner submedian protuberances. R. kongmongthaensis differs from both species by relative length and shape of the tail, and by its distribution and host specificity. Presence of lateral pseudolabia distinguishes the new species from the geographically closest Rhabdias species as well as from those parasitizing other rhacophorid frogs.

- Description:
- A new genus of fish blood flukes (Aporocotylidae Odhner, 1912) is proposed for a species found on reefs surrounding Lizard Island on the northern Great Barrier Reef. Rhaphidotrema kiatkiongi gen. et sp. n. was recovered from the heart of the stars-and-stripes pufferfish, Arothron hispidus (L.) (Tetraodontidae). Rhaphidotrema kiatkiongi is notable as the first digenean reported to possess a penis stylet. It also differs from all other aporocotylid flukes in having a combination of 18-19 testes in a group at the ends of the intestinal caeca, a broad lanceolate body shape with a dextrally-directed posterior bend at the level of the male genital pore, and separate genital pores, with the female genital pore distinctly sinistral and the male genital pore slightly dextral to midline. This is the second species of aporocotylid fluke reported from this pufferfish.
