Opožděné krvácení je jednou z možných komplikací pankreatoduodenektomie. Jeho léčba je operační nebo endovaskulární (embolizace, stentgraft). V naší kazuistice uvádíme případ pacienta s krvácením z pseudoaneuryzmatu a. hepatica v odstupu 3 měsíců od pankreatoduodenektomie provedené pro karcinom choledochu, které bylo řešeno zavedením stentgraftu., Delayed bleeding is a potential complication of pancreatoduodenectomy. Its treatment is either endovascular or surgical (stentgraft, embolization). Our case report presents a patient with bleeding from the hepatic artery pseudoaneurysm within a period of 3 months after pancreatoduodenectomy for common bile duct carcinoma, resolved using a stent graft.
