The features of microwave and soft X-ray bursts from the near-limb flares accompanled by CMEs are analyzed. A number of zones are distinguished on the burst "peak intensity - effective duratlon" plots where CMEs with the different angular span, velocity, mass, shape, as well as events without CMEs are concentrated.
