Harrisovská transformační gramatika a z ní vycházející francouzská škola Maurice Grosse a Gastona Grosse zavedly pojem tzv. verbe support (zhruba odpovídající pojmu kategoriálního slovesa) pro slovesa vyskytující se ve verbonominálních konstrukcích. Tato slovesa nejsou sama o sobé predikáty, nýbrž pouze aktualizují nominální predikát. Syntakticko-sémantická povaha daného predikativního substantiva určuje výbér příslušného kategoriálního slovesa. Článek ukazuje, že vzhledem к tomu, že v italštině se zdá být tvoření těchto predikativních substantiv (deverbálních a denominálních) produktivním procesem, je možné pokusit se navrhnout některá syntakticko-sémantická kritéria výběru příslušného kategoriálního slovesa. Tyto syntakticko-sémantické podmínky jsou hypoteticky formulovány pro dvě běžná a základní kategoriální slovesa: fare a dare.
Are fountains islands in the "urban sea"? We studied chiromonid assemblages of twelve fountains located in Olomouc (Czech Republic) and in Copenhagen (Denmark). In total, 45 taxa dwelled the fountains, varying from 4 to 23 in particular sites. The typical fountain community seems to be a unique assemblage, constituted of species linked with tap-water, hygropetric and semi-terrestrial habitats as well as more common species with very wide geographical distribution and ecological requirements. The fountains surveyed demonstrate some basic aspects of the island biogeography. Even though there was no linkage between taxa richness and fountain area or distance from the colonization source, a strong correlation between similarity of chironomid assemblage structures and distance to river source (Olomouc), and geographical proximity (Copenhagen) was recognized. Generally, distance to natural aquatic sources, fountain proximity and regional factors determine the chironomid composition of fountains.
The capacitance- and charge-based Deep Level Transient Spectroscopy are well established methods of analysis of defects in semiconductors, and in both semiconductors and dielectrics, respectively. Their sensitivity can be increased to a level sufficient for application in scanning probe microscopy. The paper presents a comparison of the two methods, their advantages and limits, as well as examples of isothermal charge-transient spectra obtained on pentacene thin film. and Kapacitně (nábojově) založená spektroskopie DTLS (Deep Level Transient Spectroscopy) patří mezi zavedené metody pro analýzu dislokací v polovodičích (v polovodičích nebo v dielektrikách). Citlivost metod lze zvýšit na úroveň dostatečnou pro použití v rastrovací tunelové mikroskopii. Článek porovnává tyto dvě metody, jejich výhody a omezení a také příklady spekter izotermických nabojových přechodů získaných v pentacenové tenké vrstvě.
The distribution of F-actin in the monogenean Entobdella soleae (van Beneden et Hesse, 1864) Johnston, 1929 (Platyhelminthes: Capsalidae) was revealed by staining paraformaldehyde-fixed specimens with FITC-labelled phalloidin. On the ventral surface on the left side of the body, just posterior to the pharynx, a concentrically arranged array of fluorescent fibres was observed, following a circular path around the tiny ventral opening of the vagina. It is assumed that this asymmetrically placed array of actin fibres is contractile and the possible role of these fibres in the assimilation of sperm from an attached spermatophore into the vagina is discussed.
Subaperture stitching interferometry was originally developed to allow for the full-aperture measurement of large-aperture spheres and flats using commercially available 4'' or 6'' interferometers and transmission elements.1-3 The method was then extended to the measurement of mild aspheric surfaces, by exploiting the local best-fitting and magnification of the high density fringe patterns associated with non-null interferometry.4 In both cases, advanced stitching algorithms have been developed to automatically compensate for systematic interferometer errors such as reference wavefront and distortion errors.5 Stitching interferometry also provides for higher lateral spatial resolution than conventional interferometry. Subaperture stitching interferometry has now been extended to the measurement of high-departure aspheres through the use of a variable optical null (VONTM) device. The VON can have a variety of realizations that serve to generate an optical wavefront that closely matches the surface of the asphere within a local subaperture. The residual wavefront error is measured with a standard interferometer, and the full-aperture surface profile of the asphere is reconstructed using advanced stitching algorithms. This method allows for the accurate measurement of aspheres with up to 1000 waves of departure from best-fit sphere, without the use of dedicated null lenses. This paper presents the basic principles of subaperture stitching interferometry incorporating a specific VON. and Metoda SSI (Subaperture Stitching Interferometry) byla původně vyvinuta pro měření celých apertur rozměrných koulí a rovin s využitím komerčních čtyř nebo šestipalcových interferometrů a transmisních prvků. Metoda pak byla rozšířena pro měření mírně asférických povrchů pomocí nejlepšího lokálního proložení, nazvětšováním velmi hustých interferenčních proužků a propojením s nenulovou interferometrií. V obou případech byl vyvinut vylepšený sešívací algoritmus automaticky kompenzující systematické chyby interferometru, jako jsou referenční vlnoplocha a distorzní chyby. Tento sešívací druh interferometrie rovněž poskytuje větší příčné prostorové rozlišení než konvenční interferometrie. Metoda byla dále rozšířena na výrazně asférické povrchy s využitím stavitelného optického zařízení VON™ (variable optical null). VON má různé realizace, které slouží ke generování vlnoplochy přesně lokálně kopírující povrch asféry. Zbytková odchylka od vlnoplochy je měřena standardním interferometrem a celý profil asféry je rekonstruován pomocí vylepšeného sešívacího algoritmu. Metoda umožňuje přesné změření asféry s odchylkou až 1000 vlnových délek od koule nejlepšího proložení, bez nutnosti použití jednoúčelových nulových čoček. V příspěvku se uvádějí základní principy této interferometrické metody využívající určité zařízení VON.
Agonist-induced subcellular redistribution of G-protein coupled receptors (GPCR) and of trimeric guanine-nucleotide binding regulatory proteins (G-proteins) represent mechanisms of desensitization of hormone response, which have been studied in our laboratory since 1989. This review brings a short summary of these results and also presents information about related literature data covering at least small part of research carried out in this area. The variations in antibody responses (total IgG and IgGl, IgG2a, IgG2b, and IgG2c subclasses) were studied in two groups of rats infected with metacercariae of the trematode Fasciola hepatica L. Animals of group 1 were 4 weeks old, and rats of group 2 were 13 weeks old. All IgG subclasses increased during the course of infection except IgG2c, which decreased. The younger rats reached more marked responses than the older, at least during the period of this trial. IgGl and IgG2a antibodies reached the highest levels, and among these two, IgG2a response was slightly superior to IgGl,
