We study a generalization of the classical Henstock-Kurzweil integral, known as the strong $\rho $-integral, introduced by Jarník and Kurzweil. Let $(\mathcal S_{\rho } (E), \Vert \cdot \Vert )$ be the space of all strongly $\rho $-integrable functions on a multidimensional compact interval $E$, equipped with the Alexiewicz norm $\Vert \cdot \Vert $. We show that each element in the dual space of $(\mathcal S_{\rho } (E), \Vert \cdot \Vert )$ can be represented as a strong $\rho $-integral. Consequently, we prove that $fg$ is strongly $\rho $-integrable on $E$ for each strongly $\rho $-integrable function $f$ if and only if $g$ is almost everywhere equal to a function of bounded variation (in the sense of Hardy-Krause) on $E$.
The spaces of entire functions represented by Dirichlet series have been studied by Hussein and Kamthan and others. In the present paper we consider the space X of all entire functions defined by vector-valued Dirichlet series and study the properties of a sequence space which is defined using the type of an entire function represented by vectorvalued Dirichlet series. The main result concerns with obtaining the nature of the dual space of this sequence space and coefficient multipliers for some classes of vector-valued Dirichlet series.
The external derivative d on differential manifolds inspires graded operators on complexes of spaces Λr g ∗ , Λr g ∗ ⊗ g, Λr g ∗ ⊗ g ∗ stated by g ∗ dual to a Lie algebra g. Cohomological properties of these operators are studied in the case of the Lie algebra g = se(3) of the Lie group of Euclidean motions.
In the paper, we show that the space of functions of bounded variation and the space of regulated functions are, in some sense, the dual space of each other, involving the Henstock-Kurzweil-Stieltjes integral.
