Přehledové sdělení se věnuje diagnostickému zobrazení akutních aortálních syndromů s důrazem na multidetektorovou výpočetní tomografii a na její význam pro volbu léčby. Diskutovány jsou jednak techniky CT zobrazení včetně CT s EKG synchronizací a dále diagnostické nálezy u disekce aorty, intramurálního hematomu a penetrujícího vředu aorty. Literární data jsou konfrontována s vlastními zkušenostmi terciárního centra v populaci městského typu., Review payes attention to the importace of the diagnostic imaging in acute aortic syndromes concerning to the multidetector-row computed tomography and its impact on treatment decisions. The several CT techniques including CT with ECG synchronized acquisitions are discussed as well as the diagnostic findings of aortic dissection, intramural hematoma and penetrating aortic ulcer.
