A grit blasting material grain size together with specific fraction size belongs to basic parameters. this paper deals with an influence of the grain on surface roughness parameters as well as on a charge of a adhesive bond strength. and Mechanická úprava lepeného povrchu je jedním z nezbytných kroků při aplikaci technologie lepení. Mezi perspektivní technologie úpravy lepeného povrchu patří tryskání. Výsledná textura povrchu je závislá na mnoha parametrech. Mezi základní parametry patří zrnitost tryskaného materiálu a s tím související měrný rozměr zrna. Článek pojednává o vlivu rozměru zrna na parametry drsnosti povrchu a rovněž i jejich vliv na změnu pevnosti lepeného spoje.

4. High-resolution IRAS infrared maps around HD 97300 and HD 97048

Around HD 97300 and HD 97048 15 far-infrared sources are found. 3 of these are not included in the IRAS Point Source Catalogue, for 8 upper limits in the IPSC we have now determined fluxes, and confused sources have been separated better. This indicates that even this nearby region of star formation cannot be studied by just inspecting the IPSC. By including (V)JHK observations the bolometric luminosities of these sources are determined: they range from 02 to 20 LO. It concerns presumably pre-main-sequence stars ranging in (expected) spectral type from M1 to A7.

Lipid and glycogen reserves were found to decrease when the adult Trichuris globulosa was to starve by incubation in vitro. Changes in acylglycerols (AG), non-csterified fatty acids (ΝΕΡΆ), cholesterol (Choi), phospholipids (PL) and glycogen were observed. Λ marginal depletion in phospholipids was observed while NEFA, AG, Choi and glycogen were rapidly depleted. Neutral glycolipids (cerebrosidcs) showed no significant change. The adult Trichuris globulosa was able to oxidize absorbed U- C-glucose, (Na)-l-t4C-acetate and (Na)-l-l4C-palmitate to CO2.

Using some observational evidences of filament disturbances associated with microflares we point out the following results: 1. The filament destabilization begins at one of its footpoint, 2. Glose to this footpoint one of two pores are observed, they move with an anomalous velocity as seen in white light pictures. 3. Bríghtenings in Hα and in C IV overlie the location of the pores. The pores may be the signature of new emerging flux. 4. The dynamics observed in Hα filament is generally associated with heating of the filament transitíon zone. 5. The excess energy is released at different places along the filament, but this process does not seem to imply a heating conduction front.

A new nematode species, Pseudocapillaria yucatanensis sp. n., is described from the intestine of the freshwater pimelodid catfish Rhamdia guatemalensis (Günther) from cenotes (= sinkholes) in Yucatan, Mexico. It differs from other three related species parasitizing freshwater fishes mainly in possessing the spicule with a simple rim of its proximal end and a non-expanded distal end, in the length of the spicule (0.218-0.295 mm), and the size (0.050-0.060 x 0.025-0.030 mm), shape and structure of eggs, and also in the host types and geographical distribution. Pseudocapillaria yucatanensis is the first known autochtonous species of Pseudocapillaria parasitizing freshwater fishes in Mexico.

External morphology of the nematode Pterygodermatites bovieri (Blanchard, 1886), a very rare parasite of bats in the Palaearctic region, was studied by scanning electron microscopy. Special attention was paid to the cephalic end structure and cutieular armament, which are of great systematic importance in this group of nematodes. The mouth opening of P. bovieri is subterminal and oriented dorsally. Numerous sclerotized denticles, arranged in two rows, are situated in the buccal cavity around the mouth opening. They are better developed in its ventral part. In females there are 12-14 ventral denticles. Cephalic papillae are arranged in two rows: internal (six papillae - two dorsal, two lateral and two ventral) and external (four papillae). Amphids are small, situated close to lateral cephalic papillae of the internal row. Males possess 40-41 cutieular combs in each ventro-lat-eral plate row, and, in addition, a short row of four ventral, unpaired precloacal fans. Females in our material possessed 68 cu-ticular elements represented by combs and spines, in each row. Changes of the cutieular elements shape along the nematode body length are described. Results of SEM observations are compared with previous descriptions of P. bovieri based on the light microscopical observations.

Urychlovače slouží k získávání intenzivních svazků iontů nebo částic s vysokou rychlostí a energií. Kinetické energie dodávané současnými urychlovači jsou v rozsahu od několika stovek keV do několika TeV (1 eV = 1.6 x 10(19) J). V makrosvětě tyto energie nikoho neohromí, ale v mikrosvětě je vše jinak: rychlost protonu s kinetickou energií 200 keV činí 2 % rychlosti světla, u elektronu se stejnou kinetickou eneregií je to dokonce 70 %.
