The author describes the subsequent development up to the present time and makes an effort to mark 4 points which seem to be the hot issues – Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh as a part of the disputed territory with a strategic and economic importance, the role of the Dalai Lama in the Sino-Indian relations, Kashmir and China´s controversial activities in North Pakistan, and the broad international context.
