Compare the frequency of use of interventions between these departments and compare the results with the findings of the research team NIC. Methods: Informations obtained quantitative research method using a questionnaire. The questionnaire contained 101 names and definitions of selected nursing interventions classification (NIC). Nurses in these interventions reflect the frequency of their use in surgical clinical nursing practice. For inductive analysis was used Pearson's chi-square test at a significance level of α = 0.05. Results: The survey was attended by 11 hospitalis and were evaluated used 255 questionnaires completed by general nurses who worked at non-intensive surgical departments and 45 questionnaires completed general nurses who worked in intensive surgical departments. It was found 50 interventions that as often used on non-intensive department and intensive department, 49 interventions that are more ofen used in surgical intensive care and 2 interventions that are more ofen used in non-intensive surgical departments. Conclusion: In the survey, we have found different declarations frequency use of interventions between non-intensive surgical department and intensive care units. The results show that the highest number of tested interventions were no differences in frequency of use between the intensive and non-intensive care. Compared with the results of the survey conducted research team NIC, we found that nurses often perform to non-intensive surgical department interventions that have been evaluated by the research team NIC as more used in intensive care units., Alena Pospíšilová, Miroslava Kyasová, Petra Juřeníková, Zdenka Surá, Erna Mičudová, and Literatura
Cíl: Hodnocení použitelnosti výsledků kardiopulmonální třídy klasifi kačního systému NOC, při vybrané ošetřovatelské diagnóze 00031 NANDA I Neefektivní průchodnost dýchacích cest. A to za účelem následného testování implementování klasifi kačních systémů NNN v reálném klinickém prostředí chirurgické a intenzivní péče ČR. Metody: Všeobecné sestry hodnotily použitelnost NOC výsledků z kardiopulmonální třídy klasifi kačního systému (NOC Nursing Outocomes Classifi cation 4th, 2008, s. 130), které by reálně využívaly na svém klinickém pracovišti, při vybrané ošetřovatelské diagnóze 00031 NANDA I Neefektivní průchodnost dýchacích cest (NANDA-I 2009–2011, překlad Kudlová, s. 360). Hodnocení přisuzovaly prostřednictvím škály Likertova typu do záznamových archů. Ke komparaci hodnocení použitelnosti výsledků NOC na klinických pracovištích intenzivní ošetřovatelské péče, byl po základním statistickém zpracování (aritmetický průměr, medián, směrodatná odchylka) použit Pearsenův chí-kvadrát test nezávislosti. Výsledky: Šetření neprokázalo statisticky významné rozdíly na hodnocení použitelnosti NOC výsledků 0412; 0415; 0416; z kardiopulmonální třídy NOC klasifi kačního systému (4th, 2008, s. 130) všeobecnými sestrami (n65) z klinických pracovišť NIP, CHJIP a ARO. Závěr: Výše uvedené šetření hodnocení použitelnosti výsledků NOC klasifi kačního systému bylo přijato jako dílčí krok k řešení projektu IGA MZČR NF 12078-4/2011, který podporuje implementaci klasifi kačního systému NIC v chirurgické a anesteziologicko resuscitační ošetřovatelské péči do podmínek klinické praxe České republiky., Aim: The evaluation using of cardiopulmonary class NOC outcomes of classificatory system in the relation to 00031 NANDA-I. Ineff ective Airways Clearence diagnosis. With a view to testing use classificatory systems NNN by nurses in the real clinical workplaces of intensive care. Methods: Nurses evaluated using the outcomes array of NOC cardiopulmonary class of the classificatory system (4th edition, 2008) which they would really use in their clinical workplaces in the relation to fi xed nursing diagnosis 00031 NANDA Int.-Ineffective Airways Clearence (NANDA-I, 2009–2011, translation Kudlová, p. 360). Th ey evaluted with help of Likert type scale into recording list. For NOC outcome evalution comparison by nurses from individual clinical workplaces Pearsen chi-square test for independency was used after the basic statistical processing (arithmetic mean, median, standard tolerance. Results: Research did not prove statistically significant differences of nurses (n65)evalution at outcomes 0412; 0415; 0416; of NOC cardiopulmonary class of the classificatory system. Conclusion: The research enquiry brought partial results to IGA MZČR NF 12078-4/2011 project which supports implementation of NIC classificatory system in surgical and anaesthetic nursing care into the conditions of clinical practice of the Czech Republic., Jitka Hůsková, Petra Juřeníková, and Literatura
