The aim of this research was to investigate the macro- and microelements composition in the cerebrospinal fluid and in the blood serum of patients, with different consequences of TBI before and after complex treatment, with the use of endolumbal and intracystal introduction of ozone and pyracetam in dynamics. Macro- and microelements composition was investigated in the cerebrospinal fluid and serum of 83 patients. State of neurological disorders in patients evaluated by the Glasgow Outcome Scale was extended.
