In the last decade the health of young people in Ukraine as well as in many other countries of the world significantly deteriorated according to the results of screening tests. Because of this the main task of prophylactic medicine is development and introduction of new methods of early diagnostics of diseases. The aim of the work to assess the peculiarities of adaptation of students with different types of vegetative regulation. Material and methods: 415 second year students of Lugansk State Medical University were tested. The mechanisms of physiological functions of the body regulation were assessed by registration of cardiac rhythm variability (CRV). Analysis of CRV was performed by three methods: statistical, geometrical, and spectral analysis. The express method proposed by Shlyk, N.I. (2009) was later used to determine the prevailing type of vegetative regulation. To assess adaptability the method of R.M. Baevskij (1979) was used. Results: In the result of investigation 4 types of functional states of regulatory systems were determined: I type 295 (71 %) of tested, II in 14 (3 %), III in 96 (23 %) and IV only in 10 (2%). I type of functional state of regulatory systems in the wakeful state at rest was characterized by moderate prevalence of central regulation of heart rhythm (MPCR), decreased activity of autonomic regulation. It was noticed that some of the parameters of CRV (like RR, SDNN, RMSSD and pNN50) which characterize autonomic regulation, were statistically lowere (р≤0.01) compared to type III, and some (like AMo and SI) higher, in both female and male students. Summarized spectrum capacity and components of its wave structure (HF, LF, VLF) which characterize central regulation were statistically significantly lower (р≤0.01) for the I type of regulation compared to the III one which is characterized by moderate prevalence of autonomic regulation of the heart rhythm. In female students with type I autonomic regulation compared to male students such CRV parameters as RR and AМo were statistically significantly lower (р≤0.05), while the parameters of total potency (TP) and high frequency waves (HF) were higher (р≤0.05), which could point to more centralized heart rhythm regulation in male compared to female. The evaluation of regulatory systems overstress allowed to determine the state of adaptation and risk of overstress or breakdown in students with different types of autonomic regulation. The aim of our study was to determine the significance of lymphocyte-platelet adhesion (LPA), interleukins, transforming included 139 pregnant women aged between 17 and 27 years (21.3±4.22 years). GH was diagnosed in 119 women after 20 weeks of pregnancy. 20 patients (control group) were with physiological course of pregnancy. The distribution of patients by groups was carried out according to the level of blood pressure (BP) in accordance with ICD-10 (Geneva, WHO, 2002). The survey was conducted at the moment of detection pregnancy from 7 to 10 weeks and in dynamics of I, II and III trimesters of gestation. In the dynamics of gestation, were studied the number of desquamated endothelial cells circulating in the systemic circulation (CECs), nitrates levels, the adhesion of platelets by estimation their ability to form co-aggregates with lymphocytes by determining the percentage of lymphocytes aggregates with thrombocytes (lymphocyte-platelet plugs), at risk of hypertensive disorders, especially after 20-22 weeks of gestation and later, lymphocytes ability to platelets adhesion is rose, the concentrations of pro-inflammatory cytokines and NO level are increased. Cíl: Zjistit vyuţívání ošetřovatelských intervencí na chirurgických pracovištích neintenzivní péče a chirurgických jednotkách intenzivní péče. Porovnat uţití intervencí mezi uvedenými typy pracovišť a porovnat získané výsledky se závěry výzkumného týmu NIC. Metodika: Informace byly získány kvantitativní výzkumnou metodou za vyuţití dotazníku vlastní konstrukce. Dotazník byl sestaven s vyuţitím Nursing Intervention Classification (NIC) a obsahoval názvy i definice 101 vybraných intervencí klasifikace NIC. Sestry se prostřednictvím dotazníku u intervencí vyjadřovaly k četnosti uţití v chirurgické klinické ošetřovatelské praxi na jejich pracovišti. Pro induktivní analýzu byl pouţit Pearsonův chí–kvadrát test na hladině významnosti α = 0,05. Výsledky: Šetření se zúčastnilo 11 zdravotnických zařízení, a bylo vyhodnoceno 255 dotazníků vyplněných sestrami, které pracovaly na chirurgických pracovištích neintenzivní péče, a 45 dotazníků vyplněných sestrami, které pracovaly na chirurgických ošetřovatelských jednotkách poskytujících intenzivní péči. Padesát intervencí bylo vyhodnoceno jako stejně často vyuţívané na pracovištích neintenzivní péče i jednotkách intenzivní péče, 49 intervencí jako častěji vyuţívaných na chirurgických jednotkách intenzivní péče a 2 intervence byly vyhodnoceny jako častěji uţívané na chirurgických pracovištích neintenzivní péče. Závěr: V šetření jsme zjistili rozdílné uváděné četnosti uţití intervencí na chirurgických odděleních neintenzivní péče a pracovištích intenzivní péče. Z výsledků je patrné, ţe u nejvyššího počtu testovaných intervencí jsme neshledali rozdíl v četnosti uţití mezi pracovišti intenzivní a neintenzivní péče. V porovnání s výsledky šetření, které uskutečnil výzkumný tým NIC, jsme však zjistili, ţe sestry často vykonávají na chirurgických odděleních neintenzivní péče intervence, které byly výzkumným týmem NIC vyhodnoceny jako více uţívané na jednotkách intenzivní péče., Aim: Determine the frequency use of nursing interventions to non-intensive surgical departments and surgical intensive care unit (ICU). Compare the frequency of use of interventions between these departments and compare the results with the findings of the research team NIC. Methods: Informations obtained quantitative research method using a questionnaire. The questionnaire contained 101 names and definitions of selected nursing interventions classification (NIC). Nurses in these interventions reflect the frequency of their use in surgical clinical nursing practice. For inductive analysis was used Pearson's chi-square test at a significance level of α = 0.05. Results: The survey was attended by 11 hospitalis and were evaluated used 255 questionnaires completed by general nurses who worked at non-intensive surgical departments and 45 questionnaires completed general nurses who worked in intensive surgical departments. It was found 50 interventions that as often used on non-intensive department and intensive department, 49 interventions that are more ofen used in surgical intensive care and 2 interventions that are more ofen used in non-intensive surgical departments. Conclusion: In the survey, we have found different declarations frequency use of interventions between non-intensive surgical department and intensive care units. The results show that the highest number of tested interventions were no differences in frequency of use between the intensive and non-intensive care. Background: Obstetric complications developing at antiphospholipid syndrome are serious medical-social problem. Seeking of the treatment methods sets conditions for urgency of the article reviewed. Enzyme preparations are widely applied for treatment of women with fecundity disorder and hemorheology changes. Research objective was in clinico-laboratorial evaluation of Serrata drug impact in antiphospholipid syndrome in women with reproductive losses of Andijan state. Methods: Data of 43 women in the non-pregnancy state with reproductive losses (RL) in past history with revealed APS had been studied by us. In recent years there has been a noticeable "rejuvenation" of pelvic organ prolapse. Inconsistency of the pelvic floor muscles, including the omission of sexual organs, is extremely common pathology, observed almost a third of women of reproductive age. The search for effective, convenient methods of contraception for this category of patients is an important problem of modern gynecology. We proposed a method of transvaginal voluntary surgical contraception, produced in conjunction with surgical treatment of descent and prolapse of the vaginal walls. Studied the nearest and long-term results of surgery in 50 women to which, during the surgical treatment of genital prolapse at the same time was performed transvaginal occlusion of the fallopian tubes. Control groups consisted of 30 women to which in the first step before surgical correction of pelvic organ prolapse have been performed minilaparotomy and voluntary surgical sterilization (VSS). Our method consists in penetrating into the abdominal cavity through the anterior vaginal vault, downgrading the fallopian tubes with a hook of Ramathibodi and tubal sterilization by Pomeroy method. Intra - and postoperative complications were not observed. In the late postoperative periods - the effectiveness of the method was 100%. Cíl: Cílem příspěvku je předložit dosavadní poznatky o používání SQUALA standardizovaného dotazníku (dále jen „SQUALA“) pro oblast subjektivní kvality života. Předkládaný příspěvek obsahuje deskripci a analytickou práci s výsledky výzkumů (především v podobě plnotextů) subjektivní kvality života, v jejichž metodických přístupech byl cíleně užit SQUALA. Metody: Metodika systematické práce se odvíjela od vymezeného zkoumaného problému a výzkumných otázek. Hlavním přístupem byl koncept EBP a užitá metoda obsahové analýzy. Hledáno bylo v širokém spektru informačních zdrojů – v databázích předplacených Univerzitou Palackého v Olomouci, v dostupných archivech vybraných odborných časopisů, databázi Medvik Národní lékařské knihovny, nebo kupř. v archivech závěrečných kvalifi kačních prací. Výsledky: Z oblasti somatopedicky (která se zaměřuje na oblast chronických onemocnění) akceptovatelné klientely byla subjektivní kvalita života posuzována např. u jedinců s idiopatickou skoliózou, paraplegií, roztroušenou sklerózou, poraněními mozku, kardiovaskulárními onemocněními, posttraumatickou transverzální míšní lézí, diabetem, onkologickými diagnózami či chronickou obstrukční bronchopulmonální nemocí. U jednotlivých cílových skupin byla vymezena také konkrétní chronická onemocnění, která byla posuzována SQUALA. Jmenujeme, pro svou četnost, především diabetes mellitus, chronickou obstrukční bronchopulmonální nemoc, onkologická onemocnění, schizofrenie, psychózy, chronickou bronchitidu či HIV/AIDS pozitivitu. Závěr: SQUALA je široce uplatnitelný jednoduchý nástroj/dotazník k posouzení subjektivní kvality života. Užívá se u širokého spektra klientely/příjemců péče, včetně osob s chronickými onemocnění. Využít se však také dá u „zdravé“, tj. intaktní společnosti (bez zdravotního či jiného problému/omezení., Aim: Main aim is to present actual information in using SQUALA standardized questionnaire (next „SQUALA“ only) in area of assessing subjective quality of life. Article presents description and analytical work with results of research (mainly focusing on full texts) connected with subjective quality of life in which SQUALA was used. Methods: Methodics of systematic work was based on research problem and research questions. Content analysis and concept of EBP were used. Searching was made in wide area of information sources – databases of Palacký University Olomouc, archives of on-line research journals, database Medvik (National Medical Library) and in archives of qualifi cation thesis. Results: In area of somatopedics, which is focusing on chronic illnesses area, subjective quality of life was assessed in individuals with idiopathic scoliosis, paraplegia, multiple sclerosis, brain injuries, cardiovascular diseases, post-traumatic spinal cord lesions, diabetes, oncology diagnoses or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. For each target group, specifi c chronic illnesses assessed by SQUALA were also defi ned. For its abundance, chronic illnesses were especially diabetes mellitus, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, oncological disease, schizophrenia, psychosis, chronic bronchitis or HIV/AIDS positive in clients. Conclusion: SQUALA is widely applicable simple tool/questionnaire to assess subjective quality of life. It is used in a wide range of clients/care recipients, including people suff ering chronic illnesses.
