Submitted paper deals with preparation of the X-DIA aeroelastic demonstrator component wind tunnel tests. The paper is focused on design, analysis and manufacturing of new composite foreplanes, FE analyses of the X-DIA Component Model (static
aeroelasticity, flutter, dynamic responses) and optimization study of the demonstrator wind tunnel support device. Analyses were performed by means of the MSC.NASTRAN program system. and Obsahuje seznam literatury
A matrix A is said to have \mbox{\boldmathX}-simple image eigenspace if any eigenvector x belonging to the interval \boldmathX={x:x−−≤x≤x¯¯¯} containing a constant vector is the unique solution of the system A⊗y=x in \mbox{\boldmathX}. The main result of this paper is an extension of \mbox{\boldmathX}-simplicity to interval max-min matrix \boldmathA={A:A−−≤A≤A¯¯¯¯} distinguishing two possibilities, that at least one matrix or all matrices from a given interval have \mbox{\boldmathX}-simple image eigenspace. \mbox{\boldmathX}-simplicity of interval matrices in max-min algebra are studied and equivalent conditions for interval matrices which have \mbox{\boldmathX}-simple image eigenspace are presented. The characterized property is related to and motivated by the general development of tropical linear algebra and interval analysis, as well as the notions of simple image set and weak robustness (or weak stability) that have been studied in max-min and max-plus algebras.
In South Bohemia, Czech Republic, 178 shrews, including 98 common shrews, Sorex araneus L., 70 pygmy shrews, Sorex minutus L., and 10 lesser white-toothed shrews, Crocidura suaveolens (Pallas), were examined for Soricimyxum fegati Prunescu, Prunescu, Pucek et Lom, 2007 infections, using squash preparations of unfixed tissues, histological sections and molecular methods. The infection was found in 51 (52%) S. araneus, 14 (20%) S. minutus and 1 (10%) C. suaveolens. The records of the latter two species extend host range of S. fegati. Lesions associated with S. fegati infections in the liver, the organ of specific localisation of the parasite, were found to be induced by proliferative stages migrating toward lumina of bile ducts. In other organs of these three host species, xenoma-like formations (XLFs) were found that severely injured blood vessels. XLFs contained presporogonic stages of S. fegati, whose species identity was evidenced using molecular methods.
Většina pacientů s diabetem 2. typu nedosahuje cílovou kompenzaci diabetu při užívání jednoho typu antidiabetika a potřebují ke správné kontrole diabetu kombinaci několika rozdílných farmak. Použití fixní kombinace vede ke zlepšení adherence na straně pacienta a tím i k využití celého léčebného potenciálu zvolených léků., Fixed dose combination of two different drugs in the same or related indications are successfully used in various medical fields including diabetology. This article deals with the combination therapy comprising metformin and dapagliflozin in a single preparation, molecules affecting different pathophysiological mechanisms of type 2 diabetes, particularly insulin resistance and increased glucose reabsorption in the kidney. Most patients with type 2 diabetes does not achieve target glycemic control when treated with single antidiabetics and need for proper control of diabetes combination of several different drugs. Using the fixed combination leads to improved patient’s adherence and utilization of the full therapeutic potential of selected drugs., and Tomáš Edelsberger
