- Stadium III nemalobuněčného karcinomu plic (NSCLC) má nízké 5leté přežití (méně než 30 %). Abychom měli reálnou šanci zlepšit přežití nemocných, je nutné dodržet kvalitní staging a použít kvalitní léčbu. V rámci stagingu je důležité přesně určit postižení regionálních mízních uzlin a vyloučit generalizaci. Pro staging regionálních uzlin je doporučeno použití PET/CT trupu (pozitronové emisní tomografie/výpočetní tomografie). Pozitivní nálezy, měnící stadium, je doporučeno biopticky verifikovat. Indikace léčby je vždy přísně individuální, ideálně v rámci multidisciplinárních týmů; používáme léčbu multimodální, s využitím více léčebných metod (chemoterapie, radioterapie, operace). Nadějným příslibem do budoucna je pro nemocné se stadiem III imunoterapie., Stage III non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) has a low 5-year survival rate (less than 30%). In order to have a real chance of improving patient survival, both staging and treatment must be of appropriate quality. During staging, it is important to precisely determine regional lymph node involvement and rule out generalization. PET/CT (positron emission tomography/computed tomography) of the torso is recommended to be used for regional lymph node staging. Positive findings that alter the stage are to be confirmed bioptically. Treatment is always indicated strictly individually, ideally within multidisciplinary teams; it is multimodal, using multiple therapeutic methods (chemotherapy, radiotherapy, surgery). Epiteliální nádory – karcinomy jsou extrémně vzácné s nižším stupněm agresivity než u starší generace. Stromální nádory ovarií jsou nejčastější příčinou pseudopubertas praecox u dívek. Prognóza je v současnosti velmi dobrá, přežívá více jak 90 % pacientek. Předkládáme stručný souhrn současných poznatků o nádorech ovarií u mladé generace., Ovarian tumors are rare tumors in children, their incidence is much higher in adolescent girls. In generation younger than 20 years of the age germ cell tumors are the commonest ovarian neoplasms. Epithelial tumors – carcinomas are extremly rare with less agressive clinical behavior comparing with older women. Sex-cord stromal tumors are the most common cause of pseudopubertas praecox in girls. The prognosis and outcome is very good, more than 90% of patients are long term survivors. - To improve the results of radiotherapy for cervical cancer used local and systemic radiomodification drugs. Materials and methods: 1984 patients with locally advanced cervical cancer (2b 3a stage), which at one stage of complex treatment by a course indoarterial of regional longterm polychemotherapy (EARDPHT) mode: methotrexate 50 mg/m2, the first 12 hours, fluorouracil 1000 mg/m2, over the next 12 hours and cisplatin 100 mg/m2, for 48 hours, 2 stage surgical treatment in the volume expanding hysterectomy 3 type (modification of Wertheim Meigs). Results: The results of treatment of locally cervical cancer using VADRPHT, depending on the unilateral and bilateral tumor invasion in parametrial tissue showed that under unilateral lesion of parametrium results of treatment were higher than for the bilateral involvement of parametrium. Medical pathomorphosis in tumors of different severity was observed in 86.9% of patients, metastasis to regional lymph nodes were detected in 36% of operated patients, and also studied the degree of therapeutic pathomorphosis in lymph nodes. There was revealed that the complete regression of tumors, 5 year survival rate is 98%, whereas in tumor regression of more than 50% of the original volume 78.5%, with stabilization of tumor no more than 58.4%. Conclusion: The study of molecularbiological parameters of the tumor cells show the effectiveness of conducted neoadvent indoarterial chemotherapy and play an important role in further treatment and prediction of disease., Navruzova V.
