Diskutovány jsou jednak techniky CT zobrazení včetně CT s EKG synchronizací a dále diagnostické nálezy u disekce aorty, intramurálního hematomu a penetrujícího vředu aorty. Literární data jsou konfrontována s vlastními zkušenostmi terciárního centra v populaci městského typu., Review payes attention to the importace of the diagnostic imaging in acute aortic syndromes concerning to the multidetector-row computed tomography and its impact on treatment decisions. The several CT techniques including CT with ECG synchronized acquisitions are discussed as well as the diagnostic findings of aortic dissection, intramural hematoma and penetrating aortic ulcer. Bibliographic data are faced with the own experience of the tertiary centre with urban population., Jiří Ferda, Petr Duras, Jan Baxa, František Šlauf, and Literatura
Náš přehled uvádí přehled dosud známých rizikových faktorů, které se mohou podílet na vzniku a vzestupu karcinomů štítné žlázy., Thyroid cancer is one of the world’s fastest growing tumor incidences. The number of new cases has particularly increased in differentiated papillary thyroid carcinoma. In the Czech Republic it is documented that the incidence of thyroid cancer continues to grow, since 1980 has increased four times. The Czech Republic has a higher incidence than most other European countries and at the same time is a country with average and declining mortality from this disease. This review summarizes the known risk factors that may contribute to the formation and rise of thyroid carcinomas., and Dana Nováková, Martin Křenek, Květuše Vošmiková, Petr Vlček
