The paper deals with problems concerning power gyroscopes for stabilization of vibro-izolation system. Two variants of gyro support with air drive were designed, namely with gas bearings and precision rolling bearings. Precession frame of the gyro is supported in aerostatic journal bearings to achieve minimum passive resistance. Some special phenomena, such as pneumatic instalibity, were found in some test regimes both at aerostatic thrust bearing of gyro support and aerostatic journal bearings of the frame support. However, with air inlet pressure level limited to value required for proper function of bearings, no instability was encountered.
The taxonomy and distribution of rodents in Zambia was comprehensively summarized in 1978 by W.F.H. Ansell in his excellent book Mammals of Zambia. Despite the fact that during the last three decades many new taxonomic revisions of African rodents were published and extensive new material collected, not much work has been done on Zambian rodents since the book publication. Here we summarize the current knowledge of one of the most speciose group of African rodents, the tribe Praomyini, in Zambia. We review available historical records and revise our recently collected material by sequencing the mitochondrial DNA gene of cytochrome b. The presence of eight species of Praomyini in Zambia is documented and the pattern of their geographical distribution is described and discussed. Two species, Praomys minor and Mastomys coucha, are reported for the first time from Zambia and Praomys cf. jacksoni probably represents a new undescribed species. On the other hand, the actual occurrence of Colomys goslingi, known in Zambia only from one historical record, is questionable. The results document the usefulness of the DNA barcoding approach for description of species diversity of taxonomically complicated groups with many cryptic species.
In the paper there are deduced differential equations of the vibroisolation system of the ambulance couch. The kinematic excitation is realized in three directions: the vertical translation and the rotations around the both horizontal axes of the car. The suspension of the ambulance couch corresponds to this presumption and is made by the parallelogram; on the upper base there is a double level Cardan suspension.
The linearised system of the motion equations is stated and the preliminary analysis of the dependency of all the three natural frequencies on the selected parameters is made. By vertical kinematics excitation numerical simulation of the excited oscillations is made. and Obsahuje seznam literatury
