Prezentujeme případ 26leté mladé ženy s náhodně ultrasonograficky nalezeným tumorem pod levým lalokem štítné žlázy, jehož velikost během roku mírně zprogredovala; při aspirační cytologii bylo vysloveno podezření na nádor neuroektodermového původu a bylo indikováno jeho operační odstranění. Nádor byl hladce a šetrně odstraněn, přesto se v bezprostředním pooperačním období objevuje Hornerův syndrom. Histologicky byl verifikován ganglioneurom., We present the case of a 26-year-old female patient with coincidental ultrasound finding of a neck tumour located below the left thyroid lobe. The tumour slightly increased in size over a year. Fine needle aspiration indicated the neuroectodermal origin of the tumour and surgical removal was performed. Although the tumour mass was carefully and successfully removed, post-operational Horner’s syndrome appeared. The tumour tissue was diagnosed as ganglioneuroma by histopathology., and M. Fialová, S. Intramurální hematom jícnu je vzácně se vyskytující diagnóza. Prezentuje se retrosternální bolestí, dysfagií či hematemezou. Je způsoben barotraumatem či přímým poraněním jícnu, nebo se může objevit spontánně bez zjevné příčiny, což je častější u pacientů užívajících antiagregační či antikoagulační preparáty. Ve většině případů je léčba konzervativní, v ojedinělých případech endoskopická, endovaskulární či chirurgická. Tento článek prezentuje kazuistiku pacientky se spontánním hematomem jícnu řešeným konzervativně a diskuzi o dalších možnostech průběhu a léčby onemocnění., Intramural hematoma of the oesophagus is a rare diagnosis presenting with retrosternal pain, dysphagia and haematemesis. It is caused by barotrauma or direct injury to the esophagus, or it may occur spontaneously without apparent cause, which is more common in patients taking antiplatelet or anticoagulant medications. Retransplantace plic je v současné době akceptovaným řešením selhání štěpu u pacientů po transplantaci plic. Za 15 let trvání programu transplantace plic v České republice byla první retransplantace provedena 1. 8. 2012. Předmětem sdělení je kazuistika pacientky s lymfangioleiomyomatózou, která poprvé podstoupila transplantaci levé plíce 4. 10. 1998. Postupem času došlo po 12 letech opět k rozvoji chronické respirační insuficience na podkladě syndromu obliterující bronchiolitidy. Pacientka byla znovu zařazena na čekací listinu k retransplantaci a 1. 8. 2012 byla provedena úspěšná transplantace pravé plíce., Nowadays, lung re-transplantation is an acceptable method of treatment in patients with graft failure after lung transplantation. Synoviální sarkom je maligní mezenchymální vřetenobuněčný nádor s variabilní epiteliální diferenciací. Prezentujeme zde raritní případ mladé pacientky s primárním synoviálním sarkomem jater, jehož diagnóza byla ověřena molekulárně patologickou detekcí fuzního transkriptu SYT/SSX. Multidisciplinarita, ale i vysoké požadavky na odbornost předurčují pacienty se sarkomem k tomu, aby byli léčeni v centrech, která jim poskytnou potřebnou komplexní péči., Synovial sarcoma is malignant mesenchymal fuso-cellular tumor with variable epithelial differentiation.
