Endometrióza znamená přítomnost tkáně endometria mimo dutinu děložní. Hlubokou infiltrující endometriózu (deep infiltrating endometriosis – DIE) představují rektovaginální léze, infiltrující onemocnění střev, močového měchýře, močovodu a DIE se vzácně objevuje i v dalších lokalizacích. Negynekologické komplikace DIE rozdělujeme do dvou hlavních kategorií: samotné onemocnění zahrnuje pánevní a břišní bolest, střevní striktury, opakující se krvácení z konečníku, dyschezii, chronickou anémii, dysurii, hematurii, stenózu ureterů, ztrátu ledvinných funkcí a komplikace léčby, ty jsou charakterizovány vznikem fistul, dysfunkcí močového měchýře a opakujícími se záněty urinárního traktu. DIE přináší riziko pro vznik malignit zasažených orgánů. DIE může být léčena konzervativně, nebo chirurgicky. Předkládaná práce je přehledem gastrointestinálních a urologických komplikací DIE a předkládá také kazuistiku pacientky centra pro léčbu endometriózy v nemocnici ve Znojmě (ČR)., Endometriosis is the presence of endometrial tissue outside the endometrial cavity. Deep infiltrating endometriosis (DIE) includes rectovaginal lesions as well as infiltrative disease to the bowel, urinary bladder, ureter and other rare locations. Non gynecological complications of DIE can be divided into two major categories: complications of the disease itself which include pelvic and abdominal pain, bowel stricture, cyclic rectal bleeding, dyschezia, chronic anemia, dysuria, hematuria, ureteral stenosis as well as loss of kidney function and complications of the treatment which include fistula formation, bladder void dysfunction and recurrent urinary tract infections. DIE has potential for malignant transformation in the affected organ. DIE may be managed conservatively or surgically. However definitive treatment is surgical. In the current work, literature review of gastrointestinal and urological complications of DIE is presented together with an exemplary case report of a patient managed at the clinical center for treatment of endometriosis in Znojmo Czech republic., and H. Hypotalamický hamartom může způsobovat rozvoj katastrofické a extrémně farmakorezistentní epilepsie s epileptickou encefalopatií. V této kazuistice prezentujeme případ familiární HCM u dvou bratrů nesoucích stejnou mutaci s velmi rozdílným klinickým nálezem a průběhem., Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) is the most common genetic cardiac disease with a prevalence of 1 : 500. In familial cases the inheritance is autosomal dominant with non‑complete penetrance and variable expression; however, it can also be caused by de novo mutations. The heterogeneity of both its presentation and prognosis from case to case largely complicates clinical management, and therefore the disease often represents a dilemma for primary care clinicians as well as cardiologists. An estimation of sudden cardiac death risk is an integral part of clinical management and the stratification guidelines are continuously developing. We report on a case of familial HCM in two brothers with the same gene mutation, with very different clinical presentations and consequences., and Kilianová A., Špinarová M., Špinarová L., Grochová I., Feitová V., Krejčí J.
Popisujeme případ 26letého muže s inoperabilním hepatoblastomem, který byl na našem pracovišti léčen chemoterapií, chemoembolizacemi a dalšími metodami intervenční radiologie 11 let., Hepatoblastoma is the most common primary hepatic malignant tumor in children. Adult hepatoblastoma is rare and the prognosis is poor. There are only case reports available for this diagnosis. We report a rare case of 26-year old man suffering from unresectable hepatoblastoma successfully treated by chemotherapy, transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) and other interventional – radiological techique for 11 years., Jiří Tomášek, Vlastimil Válek, Zdeněk Kala, Tomáš Andrašina, Štěpán Tuček, Jana Halámková, Jana Králová, Antonín Krpenský, Marta Číhalová, Jiří Prášek, Ondřej Bílek, Robert Novák, and Lit.: 9
Kľúčové slová: heterotopická mezenteriálna osifikácia − intraabdominálna osifikujúca myozitída− črevná obštrukcia – reoperácie − metabolický rozvrat, Heterotopic mesenteric ossification (HMO) is a rare disease inducing pathological bone tissue formation in the abdominal cavity after multiple operational traumas. The authors present an unusual case of mesenteric ossification formation in a 30 year-old man after surgery due to status ileosus on the basis of intestinal incarceration. After being released into home treatment the patient had to be hospitalized again and reoperated. During the next six weeks, the patient was reoperated three more times due to intestinal status ileosus and significant leaking of the entero-cutaneous fistula. Despite intensive parenteral hyperalimentation the patient‘s condition did not improve and metabolic breakdown became fatal for the patient. Pathophysiology of the mechanism of bone tissue formation in soft tissues is unknown. Key words: heterotopic mesenteric ossification – intra-abdominal myositis ossificans – intestinal obstruction – reoperation – metabolic breakdown, and M. Bakoš, J. Korček, P. Rusev, M. Kuťka, A. Histiocytóza z Langerhansových buněk je vzácné onemocnění, vznikající proliferací Langerhansových dendritických buněk, jehož etiologie je nejasná. Vyskytuje se převážně v dětském věku. Vysoké procento pacientů má projevy nemoci v oblasti hlavy a krku. V této práci přinášíme kazuistiku dospělého pacienta, který vyhledal ošetření pro otoreu nereagující na standardní léčbu., Langerhans´cells histiocytosis (LCH) is a rare disease, in which the proliferation of Langerhans´ cells is believed to be causative, affecting mainly children. The etiology still remains unclear. The head and neck region is frequently involved, the skull being the most often diseased site, especially the temporal bone. It may affect also another organs and systems with single or multiple osseal or extraosseal lesions. LCH can be challenging to diagnose with it´s varied presentations, which may resemble another common diseases. We present a case report of an adult patient who has been treated for recurrent otorhea resistent to usual treatment., Eva Tóthová, Tetyana Kulinich, Zuzana Horáková, Hana Binková, and Lit.: 6
Až provedení kvalitních MPR rekonstrukcí příčinu obtíží zřetelně objasnilo., Intraluminal (mechanical) ileus of small intestine can be caused by phytobezoar. In this case there was phytobezoar clogged up in widened Meckel diverticulum. The finding was in axial CT scans rather less obvious, because Meckel diverticulum merged with other distended loops of ileum. Everything was clear after fine MPR reconstructions were made., Martin Horák, Pavel Beňo, Petra Prokopová, and Literatura 11

Inversion of uterus is very rare and serious complication of childbirth. It is a situation with very high maternal morbidity and mortality, whitch can lead to developement of very serious periparthal bleeding, DIC, neurogenic and haematologic shock. In 50% without any risk factor. This case report demonstrates this acute case which was caused by then physiologic partus until then and it shoud demonstrate some eventuality to solve this emergent situation including the method used in this case - partially successful reposition attempt of uterus using vaginal path and resulting laparotomia., Inverze dělohy je velmi závažnou a naštěstí poměrně vzácnou komplikací III. doby porodní.
