This article assesses efforts to develop "open innovation". First, open innovation is put in the framework of knowledge society. It is shown that the term open innovation refers tu such different cases that it is better to assess them separately. Chesbrough´s "open innovation", the "lead user" conception, the idea of "commons-based-peer-production" and "interactive value production" is shortly explored. "Incertitude" is overviewed as basic background that urges societal praxis to turn to open innovation. At the end the article, referring to an expert material worked out for the EC DG Research, called with abbreviation TEKSS, turns interest to extending open innovation by integrating concerned groups as innovation partners as engagement, i.e. as partners though the whole innovation process., Imre Hronzsky, Ágnes Fésüs., and Obsahuje seznam literatury

Cílem článku je ukázat, že německá raná romantika, která položila filosofické základy romantického hnutí, nebere příklon k subjektivitě prožívání jako odklon od poznání, nýbrž jako jiný způsob poznání. Romantická niternost nachází svůj protějšek ve zkušenosti světa, jemuž umění dokáže propůjčit hlubší význam než racionální filosofie a věda. Tento nový pohled na poznání je romantiky použit jak na výklad přírody, tak duchovní lidské skutečnosti. Článek upozorňuje na to, že vedle dědictví spinozismu měla romantická epistemologie důležitý zdroj v některých úvahách Kantovy Kritiky soudnosti. Tato vazba je sledována zvláště na příkladu filosofie umění F. W. J. Schellinga. Argumentace článku je rozvinuta v kritické konfrontaci se subjektivistickou interpretací romantiky H.-G. Gadamera, čímž se ozřejmuje její širší epistemologický dosah i aktuálnost. Návaznost německých romantiků na Kantovu Kritiku soudnosti se spíše než tendencí k subjektivizaci estetiky projevovala ve snaze o estetizaci poznání., The aim of the article is to show how German romanticism, which laid the philosophical foundations for the Romantic Movement, understood the shift toward lived subjectivity not as a deviation from knowledge, but as another form of knowledge. Romantic inwardness finds its counterpart in the experience of the world, which is granted deeper meaning by art than it is by rational philosophy or science. This new view of knowledge is applied to both nature and human spiritual reality. The article notes that, besides the legacy of Spinozism, another importance source of romantic epistemology was the thoughts Kant put forth in his Critique of Judgement. This link is traced in particular in the philosophy of art of F. W. J. Schelling. At the same time, the article pursues a line of argument that critically confronts the subjectivistic interpretation of romanticism espoused by H.-G. Gadamer, what unveils the epistemological reach and current relevance of the topic. Th e German romantics’ embrace of Kant’s Critique of Judgement is manifested not so much in a tendency to subjectivize aesthetics as in their attempt to aestheticize the knowledge., and Martin Ďurďovič.

The paper is describing the current state of intermediation services in CZ NUTZ 2 Region Prague, based on results of ongoing SUPER-SME Project of FP6. The intermediation aims at otpimizing supply of scientific and technological services, with demad of RTDI companies and organizations or any other actors using or interested in using these services, e.g. national or regional stakeholders. S&T intermediary is defined as a public, private, or public/private (non-profit) instition with a mission of optimizing interface between supply of sicentific and technological services and demand of an enterpirse, groups of enterpirses, or any institution in this respect. V rámci filosofie věd panuje široká shoda na tom, že druhá polovina 20. století složila „labutí píseň“ pozitivismu. Milton Friedman a Paul Samuelson, dva klíčoví autoři k metodologii ekonomie v daném časovém období, přitom tento vývoj ve filosoifi vědy prý nikdy nereflektovali. Pozitivistická východiska – v prvé řadě v podobě redukcionistického přístupu – jsou tudíž stále přítomna ve vlivných teoretických konceptech rozvinutých ekonomy hlavního proudu. Značný počet autorů však v současnosti sdílí náhled, že tyto koncepty v nezanedbatelné míře přispěly k vývoji, jenž ústil ve finanční krizi, vrcholící v letech 2008 a 2009. Předkládaný článek se proto táže, zda to byla právě krize – v níž mnozí spatřují empirické zamítnutí řady pozitivistických konceptů – která napsala „labutí píseň“ pozitivismu v ekonomii hlavního proudu., It has been widely accepted that philosophers of science wrote a “swansong” for positivism during the second half of the 20th century. Milton Friedman and Paul Samuelson, major contributors in the field of economic methodology at the time, the argument goes, did never reflect the demise. Therefore, positivist roots – primarily in the form of reductionist approach – are still to be found in influential theoretical concepts developed by mainstream economists. However, quite a large number of scholars currently share the view that these concepts contributed in a nonnegligible manner to the development leading to the financial crisis culminating in 2008 and 2009. the article thus asks if it is the crisis – seen by many as an empirical rejection of many positivistic concepts – that wrote a “swansong” for positivism in mainstream economics., and Lukáš Kovanda.
