Cíl: Zjistit přínos 18F-fluorocholinového PET/ CT (18F-FCH PET/CT) pro cílenou biopsii prostaty u pacientů s opakovaně negativními biopsiemi a trvajícím podezřením na přítomnost karcinomu prostaty. Soubor pacientů a metoda: Od ledna 2013 do května 2015 jsme provedli 18-F-FCH PET/CT cholinové PET CT vyšetření u 30 pacientů. Indikačním kritériem bylo PSA nad 10 ng/ml a prodělání více než tři biopsií prostaty, včetně biopsie saturační. Pokud to bylo možné, pak pacienti předem prodělali šestitýdenní kůru ATB terapie Doxycyklinem 100mg 2x denně k eliminaci zánětu, a tím možným falešně pozitivním nálezům na 18F-FCH PET/CT. Poté bylo provedeno PET/CT vyšetření a následně s odstupem byla provedena cílená biopsie ložisek popsaných na 18F-FCH PET/CT. Cílená biopsie byla provedena pod sonografickou kontrolou transrektálně za pomoci kognitivní fúze PET/CT obrazu s real-time sonografickým záznamem. Byly odebírány jen vzorky z ložisek popsaných na PET/CT. Výsledky: Od ledna 2013 do května 2015 absolvovalo 18F-FCH PET/CT 30 pacientů. Průměrný věk pacientů byl 66 let v rozmezí 57–75 let. U 14 z nich jsme potvrdili karcinom prostaty, což činí 46% záchyt ve skupině rebiopsií. Všichni tito pacienti měli Gleasonovo skóre vyšší než sedm a PSA vyšší než 20 ng/ml. Závěr: V našem souboru jsme prokázali přínos 18F-FCH PET/CT u pacientů s opakovaně negativními biopsiemi a pokračující elevací PSA, u kterých nebyl karcinom prostaty standardním způsobem detekován. Ložisko vyznačené pomocí 18F-cholinufluorocholinu umožnilo cílenou biopsii pod sonografickou kontrolou. V současnosti není jednoznačné doporučení, jak postupovat u pacientů, u kterých máme opakovaně negativní biopsie prostaty a trvá podezření na přítomnost karcinomu. Využití 18F-FCH PET/CT se jeví jako jedna z mož- ností., Aim: The aim of the study was to determine the benefits of 18F-fluorocholine PET/CT in patients with repeated negative biopsies and continued suspicion of prostate carcinoma. Material and methods: 18F-fluorocholine PET/CT (18F-FCH PET/CT) was performed with 30 patients from January 2013 until May 2015. Indication criteria were PSA above 10 ng/ml and three biopsies. If possible patients underwent six weeks treatment of antibiotic therapy with Doxycyclin 100mg twice per day to eliminate inflammation and possible false findings in PET/CT. Then PET/CT was performed with following targeted biopsy of focus from 18F-FCH PET/CT. Targeted biopsy was done under the sonographic transrectal control with the help of cognitive fusion PET/CT image with real-time sonography. Only samples from centers identified with PET/CT were taken. Results: From January 2013 until May 2015 30 patients underwent 18F-FCH PET/CT. Average age of patients was 66 years (57–75 years). We confirmed prostate cancer in 14 of them which is 46 % success in rebiopsy group. All these patients had Gleason score above seven and PSA higher than 20 ng/ml. Conclusions: We have shown in our sample the benefits of 18F-cholinFCH PET/CT in patients with repeated negative biopsies and continued PSA elevation, where prostate carcinoma was not detected in standard biopsies. The use of 18F-FCH PET/CT seems promising in diagnostic of prostate cancer where 18F-fluorocholine can be found also in slow growing cells of majority of prostate carcinoma. The study aimed to investigate the role of aggression and impulsivity in smoking among male adult students. It was hypothesized that there would be significant difference between smokers and non- smokers on the traits of aggression and impulsivity. The sample of two hundred male adult students was selected from different universities of Islamabad. Two subscales of Impulsiveness and Aggression were administered to measure the personality traits of aggression and impulsivity. Descriptive statistics and t-test was calculated for analysis of data. Results showed that there is significant differences in aggression and impulsivity between smokers and non-smokers. A cutaneous horn is a general name for cornified material protruding from skin. On the other hand, polydactyly is a common congenital anomaly of the hand and foot which is characterized by extra finger or toe. A cutaneous horn might mimick polydactyly by resembling an extra toe. Hereby, we present a 72-year-old white Caucasian male with an extra toe-like projection on his fourth toe. Initially, polydactyly was suspected, however a cutaneous horn was also considered. The lesion was surgically removed. Nevus lipomatosus superficialis is a rare hamartomatous malformation which is composed of ectopic adipocytes in the dermis. It was first reported in 1921 by Hoffmann and Zurhelle. Two clinical forms of nevus lipomatosus superficialis have been described: classical (multiple) and solitary. Classical form of nevus lipomatosus superficialis is usually found on pelvic girdle, trunk, buttocks and thighs as soft, skin colored papules or nodules. It is usually present at birth or it appears in the first two decades of life. The solitary form of lipomatosus superficialis appears as a solitary papule or nodule on the back, scalp and arms of the patients with late onset. The lesions are usually asymptomatic, however some patients may complain about pain and itching. Malignant transformation of nevus lipomatosis superficialis has not been reported yet. Therefore, surgical intervention is only necessary for the patients who have cosmetic concerns. Recurrence after surgical removal is very rare. Perineum is an uncommon localization for nevus lipomatosus superficialis. Hereby, we report a 55-year-old Caucasian female with a 6x5,5x4 cm mass in the perineal region. The patient had cosmetic concerns, therefore she wanted the lesion to be removed surgically. The lesion was surgically removed. The histopathological evaluation of the specimen revealed nevus lipomatosus superficialis. A solitary type of giant nevus lipomatosus superficialis in the perineal region of a patient over the age of 50 is a very rare condition. In the last decade the health of young people in Ukraine as well as in many other countries of the world significantly deteriorated according to the results of screening tests. Because of this the main task of prophylactic medicine is development and introduction of new methods of early diagnostics of diseases. The aim of the work to assess the peculiarities of adaptation of students with different types of vegetative regulation. Material and methods: 415 second year students of Lugansk State Medical University were tested. The mechanisms of physiological functions of the body regulation were assessed by registration of cardiac rhythm variability (CRV). Analysis of CRV was performed by three methods: statistical, geometrical, and spectral analysis. The express method proposed by Shlyk, N.I. (2009) was later used to determine the prevailing type of vegetative regulation. To assess adaptability the method of R.M. Baevskij (1979) was used. Results: In the result of investigation 4 types of functional states of regulatory systems were determined: I type 295 (71 %) of tested, II in 14 (3 %), III in 96 (23 %) and IV only in 10 (2%). I type of functional state of regulatory systems in the wakeful state at rest was characterized by moderate prevalence of central regulation of heart rhythm (MPCR), decreased activity of autonomic regulation. It was noticed that some of the parameters of CRV (like RR, SDNN, RMSSD and pNN50) which characterize autonomic regulation, were statistically lowere (р≤0.01) compared to type III, and some (like AMo and SI) higher, in both female and male students. Summarized spectrum capacity and components of its wave structure (HF, LF, VLF) which characterize central regulation were statistically significantly lower (р≤0.01) for the I type of regulation compared to the III one which is characterized by moderate prevalence of autonomic regulation of the heart rhythm. In female students with type I autonomic regulation compared to male students such CRV parameters as RR and AМo were statistically significantly lower (р≤0.05), while the parameters of total potency (TP) and high frequency waves (HF) were higher (р≤0.05), which could point to more centralized heart rhythm regulation in male compared to female. The evaluation of regulatory systems overstress allowed to determine the state of adaptation and risk of overstress or breakdown in students with different types of autonomic regulation. Východiska: Vzhledem ke geriatrizaci ošetřovatelské péče se ageismus stává často diskutovaným tématem. Z tohoto důvodu je velmi důležité, aby nelékařští zdravotničtí pracovníci byli v tomto ohledu dostatečně vzděláváni, protože právě dostatečná informovanost a praktická zkušenost může ovlivnit míru inklinace k ageistickým postojům. Cíl: Cílem výzkumného šetření bylo zhodnotit ageistické postoje u studentů středních zdravotnických škol v závislosti na škole a ročníku, kterou respondenti navštěvovali a zjistit rozdíly ve vnímání seniorské populace. Metody: V souladu s cíli práce byl proveden kvantitativní výzkum formou dotazníkového šetření. Na základě bodového ohodnocení odpovědí v dotazníku byla zjištěna míra ageistických postojů u respondentů. Výsledky: Práce prokázala, že je statisticky významný vztah mezi ageistickými postoji u studentů a jejich příslušností ke střední škole. Stejně tak byl prokázán rozdíl mezi ageistickými postoji u studentů druhých a čtvrtých ročníků středních zdravotnických škol. Závěry: Z práce vyplývá, že ve sledovaném souboru se u většiny studentů objevuje střední inklinace k ageistickým postojům s ohledem na navštěvovanou školu. Objective: e objective of this research was to evaluate ageist attitudes of nursing school students according to school which the respondents visited and find out the differences in perception of senior population among the students of second and fourth grade. Methods: Due to the aims of this work the quantitative research has been done through a questionnaire survey. e rate of ageist attitudes was observed based on scoring responses. Results: A statistically significant relationship between symptoms of ageist attitudes this work proved as well as the differences between symptoms of ageist attitudes among second and fourth grade students. Rozlišení mezi aktivní a pasivní eutanazií je již po mnoho let předmětem intenzivních diskusí a nepřestává vzbuzovat kontroverze. Tyto kontroverze se týkají dvou důležitých distinkcí: na jedné straně je zde problém deskriptivní adekvátnosti načrtnutého rozlišení mezi aktivní a pasivní eutanazií, na straně druhé potom známý problém morální ekvivalence základnějších kategorií jednání, na jejichž základě je možné toto rozlišení načrtnout. Tento článek se věnuje prvnímu ze zmíněných problémů a klade si následující otázku: existují nějaké základnější kategorie jednání, do nichž aktivní a pasivní eutanazie spadají? Existuje celá řada pokusů analyzovat rozdělení aktivní-pasivní eutanazie, někteří autoři se pokoušejí založit ho na rozlišení mezi jednáním a nejednáním, jiní zase na konkrétnějších kategoriích usmrcení a ponechání zemřít. Během kritického hodnocení těchto návrhů ukazuji, že jsou neadekvátní a neposkytují korektní kritérium demarkace. Navrhuji, že bychom namísto toho měli věnovat pozornost návrhu britské filosofky Philippy Footové a zaměřit se na pojem fatální sekvence vedoucí obecně k újmě, konkrétněji ke smrti. Na základě nejnovějších analýz Fiony Woollardové v její monografii Doing and Allowing Harm a analýz odstranění bariéry Jeffa McMahana docházím ke konečnému závěru, že rozlišení aktivní/pasivní eutanazie je deskriptivně adekvátní a je možné ho založit na pojmech fatální sekvence, podstatných a nepodstatných faktů relevantních k této sekvenci a kauzálních a normativních faktorů spojených s odstraněním bariéry, např. plicního ventilátoru. Etický význam tohoto rozlišení bude předmětem kritické diskuse v druhé části tohoto článku., The distinction between active and passive euthanasia has been the subject of intensive discussions for many years and the issue continues to raise controversies. In dealing with this controversy two important distinctions have to be made: first, there is the problem of descriptive adequacy of drawing a distinction between active and passive euthanasia and second, there is the famous problem of moral equivalence of the more basic categories of actions on the basis of which the distinction in parole can be drawn. This article deals with the first of the aforementioned problems: are there more basic categories of action under which active and passive euthanasia fall? There have been many attempts to analyse the distinction between active and passive eut0hanasia, some authors tried to base it on the distinction between actions and omissions, others on the more concrete categories of killing and letting die. In my critical evaluation of these proposals I show that they are inadequate and fall short of providing a sound criterion of demarcation. I propose instead that we should pay attention to the proposal of the British philosopher Philippa Foot and concentrate on the notion of a fatal sequence leading to harm in general and death in particular. After taking into account the newest analysis by Fiona Woollard in her monograph Doing and Allowing harm and the analysis of removing a barrier by Jeff McMahan I finally reach the conclusion that the distinction active/passive euthanasia is descriptively adequate and can be stated in terms of fatal sequences, substantive and non-substantive facts relevant to these sequences and causal and normative factors regarding removing barriers, for example ventilators. Navzdory tomu, že standardizace měření sedmi hlavních katalytických koncentrací enzymů je dokončena a referenční metody IFCC na jejím podkladě vytvořené jsou verifikované v kontrolním programu RELA IFCC, situace v rutinních laboratořích vykazuje nedostatečnou míru jejího respektování. Důsledkem je neadekvátně nízká úroveň srovnatelnosti výsledků měření dosažených v různých laboratořích. Příčinou stavu je přetrvávající výroba a používání starších, nestandardizovaných metod existujících vedle sebe na trhu, v portfoliích laboratoří a jako položky hodnocení programů externích hodnocení kvality. K oficiálnímu dosažení proklamovaných cílů harmonizace měření v laboratorní medicíně je zapotřebí existující standardizaci prosadit důsledně do rutinních laboratoří. This article aims to share the results of research conducted in the Fergana chemical plant of furan compounds (FCPFC) in Uzbekistan.19 workers of the Furan compounds plant, in Fergana, Uzbekistan, were tested. By neutron activation analysis method, we have studied microelement composition of saliva, blood, dental hard tissue, and the level of Ca, Zn, Fe, and Ag in these subjects. We have detected that the level of chemical elements in dental hard tissue, blood, and saliva of these workers was subject to negative changes as compared to the analysis results from those in the control group. The research results have practical value for the prophylaxis, treatment, and health resumption of the people living in rugged ecological environment and workers who are engaged with harmful substances in chemical industry. Moje analýza je inspirována úmyslem státních orgánů a) zvýšit věkovou hranici pro přístup k léčbě placené ze zdravotního pojištění (ZP), b) zvýšit počty cyklů placených ze ZP; c) zrušit zákonem danou horní věkovou hranici pro samoplátce. V této části se zaměřuji na hledání věkových limitů pro přístup k ART u samoplátců, zvažuji přitom zájmy čtyř z pěti zúčastněných členů systému: žadatele/lů o léčbu, dárce gamet, budoucího dítěte a společnosti, a rizika s tím spojená. Hlavní stanovisko práce: Nádorové buněč- né linie a na jejich základě odvozené progresivní série představují jeden z klíčových experimentálních nástrojů k objasnění základních biologických mechanizmů karcinogeneze, včetně terapeutické odpovědi. Článek poskytuje podrobný přehled aplikačních možností nádorových buněčných kultur ve studiu uroteliálního karcinomu, s důrazem na mechanizmy chemorezistence. Karcinom močového měchýře představuje v naší populaci sedmý nejčastější nádor. Jedná se o biologicky i klinicky velmi heterogenní skupinu onemocnění, se dvěma základními skupinami představovanými povrchovými papilárními karcinomy na jedné straně a svalově invadujícími nádory na druhé straně. Karcinom močového měchýře patří mezi relativně dobře in vitro kultivovatelné typy nádorů, s více než 50 dostupnými etablovanými nádorovými buněčnými liniemi, většina z nich byla nicméně odvozena od nádorů pozdního stadia progrese, zatímco buněčných linií odvozených z časných karcinomů je pouze několik. Studium ná- dorové progrese v experimentálních modelových systémech buněčných kultur probíhá často s využitím tzv. progresivních sérií buněčných linií, kdy studujeme současně několik buněčných linií totož- ného genetického pozadí, z nichž každá odpovídá jinému stadiu progrese nádoru. Prakticky všechny progresivní série uroteliálního karcinomu mají experimentální charakter, kdy z klinického nádoru je odvozena pouze tzv. mateřská buněčná linie, a dceřiné buněčné linie odpovídající pokročilejším stadiím progrese jsou odvozeny experimentálně, ať už in vitro (tj. postupy buněčné kultivace) nebo in vivo (tj. spontánní progresí po transplantaci do vhodného zvířecího hostitele). Důležitou variantou takových progresivních sérií buněčných linií je odvození chemorezistentních dceřiných linií selekcí rezistentních klonů po aplikaci studovaného cytostatika dané mateřské buněčné linii. Tato specifická varianta progresivních sérií nádorových buněčných linií může podstatně přispět k našemu pochopení různých biologických mechanizmů terapeutické rezistence nádorů. Důležitým poznatkem v této oblasti je, že u většiny chemorezistentních sérií nádorových buněčných linií dochází k paralelní- mu vývoji několika mechanizmů chemorezistence současně. Cell culture of urothelial carcinoma is relatively feasible, with more than 50 established tumor cell lines. Most of them were derived from late stage muscle-invasive tumors. In contrast, cell lines derived from early stages and/or papillary superficial tumors are relatively scarce. Studying tumor progression is largely facilitated by use of progression cell line series – an array of several cell lines established on the same genetic background with gradually increasing transformation status. All available progression series of urothelial carcinoma cell lines have been experimentally established either by various in vitro manipulations or in vivo, following a spontaneous progression of an original cancer cell line after its introduction into a suitable host animal. An important variant of cancer cell line progression series is provided by derivation of chemoresistant daughter cell lines after administration of cytostatics to a chemosensitive parental cell line. This specific variant can substantially contribute to our understanding of various biological mechanisms of chemoresistance. An important new finding in this respect is the fact that in many if not all chemoresistant daughter cell lines, several biologically distinct chemoresistance mechanisms seem to be co-expressed. This article presents a study of the state of vegetative balance and prognostic possibilities of quantitative parameters of functional activity of VNS to estimate a state of bodily adaptive reserves in children with severe BA. Bronchial asthma, being one of the most common chronic diseases in childhood, requires further research into predisposing and causally-significant factors, mechanisms of pathogenesis and peculiarities of a clinical course, improvement of methods of diagnostics, treatment, and prevention. Great importance in the development of bronchial asthma in children is given to genetically-fixed functional insufficiency of barrier tissues of the respiratory system, increased ability to synthesize allergic antibodies and produce certain cytokines, high bronchopulmonary sensitivity to mediators of allergic inflammation, lowered sensitivity of 3g-adrenoreceptors to endogenous catecholamins, changes in immunologic responsiveness, and disorder of neuroendocrinal regulation of immune responses. Assaultive acts committed by people with a mental illness is a major public health issue that affects patients with their families, law enforcement authorities, and the public at large. Failure to provide treatment is in fact a major predictor of assaultive acts in patients with schizophrenia living in the community. Considering that the indigenous ethnic groups of Central Asia have similar sociocultural characteristics, these factors may be reflected in individuals with schizophrenia who have committed serious assaultive acts in Uzbekistan. Objectives: The aim of the work was to identify the sociocultural and clinical characteristics of schizophrenic representatives of indigenous ethnic groups of Central Asia who have committed violent crimes in Uzbekistan and have been found insane in regard to their offence, and to compare these subjects to ones belonging to the other ethnic groups. Material and methods: The data were collected in 2010–2013 in the Tashkent High Security Psychiatric Hospital via face-to-face interviews and also from the patients’ charts and from forensic psychiatric examination statements. Results: The sample consisted of 201 individuals. The sample was 90.1 percent (n = 181) male, with a predominance of the paranoid schizophrenia subtype according to the ICD-10 criteria. Of the subjects, 174 ones (86.6%) were representatives of the indigenous ethnic groups of Central Asia, and 27 ones (13.4%) were representatives of other ethnic groups. The duration of illness among the subjects belonging to the indigenous ethnic groups of Central Asia was less than in the other group; the individuals were rarely referred to psychiatric care because of the popularity of alternative medicine and the stigma attached to mental illness. A positive correlation between violence and various psychotic symptoms, such as delusions, hallucinations, and thought disorder, has also been demonstrated in this group. The aim of our study was to determine the significance of lymphocyte-platelet adhesion (LPA), interleukins, transforming included 139 pregnant women aged between 17 and 27 years (21.3±4.22 years). GH was diagnosed in 119 women after 20 weeks of pregnancy. 20 patients (control group) were with physiological course of pregnancy. The distribution of patients by groups was carried out according to the level of blood pressure (BP) in accordance with ICD-10 (Geneva, WHO, 2002). The survey was conducted at the moment of detection pregnancy from 7 to 10 weeks and in dynamics of I, II and III trimesters of gestation. In the dynamics of gestation, were studied the number of desquamated endothelial cells circulating in the systemic circulation (CECs), nitrates levels, the adhesion of platelets by estimation their ability to form co-aggregates with lymphocytes by determining the percentage of lymphocytes aggregates with thrombocytes (lymphocyte-platelet plugs), at risk of hypertensive disorders, especially after 20-22 weeks of gestation and later, lymphocytes ability to platelets adhesion is rose, the concentrations of pro-inflammatory cytokines and NO level are increased. More than half of all of the children in the world, which die before the age of five, die in Africa. Wider availability of several highly effecti - ve interventions such as oral rehyd - ration therapy in cases of diarrhoea could prevent large proportion of these child deaths. Unfortunately these interventions are usually not available in African countries. Ho - wever both availability of different life-saving health interventions and child mortality varies a lot across African countries. The purpose of this article is to explore what are determinants of child mortality and availability of these interventions in Africa. Protection of reproductive health of adolescents and youth, i.e., individuals aged 15 to 24 years, is a primary goal of a family planning service as according to WHO estimations (1995), the youth aged 15 to 24 years makes over 14% of the overall population in developed countries. Disorders of a menstrual cycle take a leading place among gynaecologic pathologies of adolescent girls. At the same time, according to WHO data, about 30% of schoolchildren suffer from iron deficiency anemia, which takes one of the first places in the structure of somatic pathologies. On the basis of maternity welfare centre No. 2, 2,456 girls aged 15 to 18 years were examined, and the frequency of occurrence and structure of disorders of a menstrual cycle was studied. In addition to standard methods of examination, all patients undertook USI of small pelvis organs; indicators of a hormonal status, complete blood test, transport fund, and iron stocks were investigated. The study included 285 girls, with various disorders of a menstrual cycle, who had no history of iron deficiency states and exacerbation of chronic diseases. The control group included 69 adolescent girls with a regular menstrual cycle. The most common type of disorder of a menstrual cycle in subjects examined was dysmenorrhea I. Iron deficiency anaemia was found in 5.3% of the subjects examined. The frequency of occurrence of moderate anaemia and latent deficiency of iron of 46.7% and 11.9%, respectively, attracts our attention. Východiska: Implementace mezinárodní klasifikace NANDA-I v podmínkách neonatologické péče v ČR. Cíl: Cílem práce bylo validovat diagnostické prvky ošetřovatelských diagnóz 00104 Neefektivní kojení a 0106 Snaha zlepšit kojení vybraným souborem neonatologických sester – expertek a zjistit, které diagnostické prvky považují za hlavní a které za vedlejší. Metody: Pro obsahovou validaci byl využit Fehringův model validity diagnostického obsahu (Diagnostic Content Validity Model). Soubor tvořilo 26 neonatologických sester – expertek. Za expertky byly považovány sestry pracující na neonatologii, které získaly minimálně 4 body dle modifikovaných Fehringových kritérií. Pro posouzení významnosti diagnostických prvků byl použit měřící nástroj obsahující 43 položek (diagnostických prvků) uvedených v klasifikačním systému NANDA-International. Výsledky: U ošetřovatelské diagnózy 00104 Neefektivní kojení za významné určující znaky (vážené skóre vyšší než 0,80) expertky považovaly: kojenec není schopen správně uchopit prs (0,82). Ze souvisejících faktorů dosáhlo váženého skóre vyšší než 0,80 celkem 3 prvky. U ošetřovatelské diagnózy 0106 Snaha zlepšit kojení váženého skóre vyšší než 0,80 nedosáhl žádný prvek. Závěr: Pro posouzení nespokojenosti nebo potíží matky a dítěte při procesu kojení na oddělení šestinedělí považují expertky za významné 4 prvky z 30, týkající se pouze ošetřovatelské diagnózy 00104 Neefektivní kojení., Background: Implementation of the International Classification of NANDA-I in neonatology care in the Czech Republic. Aim: The aim of the study was to validate the diagnostic elements of nursing diagnoses 00104 Ineffective Breastfeeding and 00106 readiness for inhanced breastfeeding selected file by neonatal nurses-experts and determine which diagnostic elements consider as the main, and which the minor are. Methods: For the content of validation was used Fehring diagnostic content of validity model (Diagnostic Content Validity Model). The sample consisted of 26 neonatal nurses-experts. For expert were considered nurses working in neonatology, which received at least 4 points modified by Fehring standard. To assess the significance of diagnostic elements was used measurement instrument containing 43 items (diagnostic elements) listed in the classification system, NANDA-International. Results: At nursing diagnosis 00104 Ineffective Breastfeeding, the main key features (score > 0, 80) experts considered: the infant isn´t unable to correctly to grasp the breast (0, 82). From the related factors achieve score 0, 80 in all 3 elements. At the nursing diagnosis 00106 Effort to improve breastfeeding weighted score of > 0, 80 reached no character. Příspěvek prezentuje výsledky výzkumu, jehož cílem bylo podrobné mapování vnitřního světa myšlení a prožívání depresivních jedinců. Cílem byla snaha odhalit společné prvky, které by lépe pomohly poznat strukturu prožívání „depresivního modu života“. Výzkum proběhl v Psychiatrickém centru Praha se čtyřmi respondenty. Za pomoci metody zakotvené teorie a diskurzivní analýzy byl odhalen specifický způsob depresivního myšlení a prožívání self a vnějšího světa. Depresivní jedinci projevují deficit ve schopnosti introspekce. Nevnímají sami sebe jako autory vlastních životů. Smysl svých životů vkládají do externích odcizených cílů. Kombinace těchto atributů byla shledána jako možná psychogenní příčina deprese. Výsledky výzkumu jsou srovnávány s koncepcí morálního masochismu E. Fromma a energetického modelu libida C. G. Junga, které se navzájem doplňují a rozvíjejí nalezené poznatky., This study aims to explore the inner world of people suffering from depression. The main goal lied an attempt to explore a structure of „depressive mode of life“ in a way it is experienced by depressive individuals. Four people hospitalized in Prague Psychiatric Centre were interviewed. Methods of Grounded theory and discursive analysis revealed specific features common for „depressive way of thinking“. Results of the study showed that depressive individuals manifest deficit in introspection. They do not perceive themselves as the authors of their lives and they manifest a tendency to look for external and estranged meanings of life. Combination of these attributes was found to be possible psychological cause leading towards the outburst of depressive disorder. Research results were found to be similar with E.
